Is this related to super bowl or something, or has it finally shed all the FUD that was thrown upon it?

It is actually because of Chinese new year has finished.

go to www.btc38.com  and look at any of the ALTCOINS... they are all rising 20-50%

Before Chinese new year, everyone cashes out their coins and money in preparation of going home and giving red envelopes(money gifts)  etc.

Now that has all happened, everyone is tryng to put their money back into the system.

Banks in China are still closed until tomorrow.
When they open tomorrow... market is going to go fucking bananas!

I keep forgetting I have applecoins. It seems like every coin I mine and forget about gains a value.

applecoins turned out to be very tasty... i kept too few, sold for pennies early on...but i did keep some thankfully.

applecoins might have legal problems down the road ....

This is only the beginning for Quark.

I noticed somebody has been recently placing up strategic 180K walls on cryptsy. You can tell its the same entity doing it. And everytime it gets crushed.

When the scarcity hits in March, prices are really going to start climbing.

Why does china care about quark inparticular?

I would like to underscore this. Is it a Quark thing? Or is it a crypto thing? BTC/LTC/PPC seem to be improving nicely at the moment.

Its a Quark thing right now. Chinese like Quark a lot. I think its because the coin markets itself to foreign markets with its animation translations. Worldcoin should copy this to legitimize its name - translating info about the coin so foreigners understand it.

It may be climbing, but it is still less than half of what it was after the Bill Still/Max Keiser pump in December.

Quark needed that, for this. Quark had insane volume during that pump when Bill Still first endorsed it - and I like to call it the 'great redistribution'

A lot of coins have degraded since the december bubble. I started the crypto game then, and had an initial investment of 300usd that i spread amongst like 5-6 coins.

I was looking through my trade logs recently, and i paid double or even triple then some of the coins are now. Lesson learned

A ride down I expect....this coin has already been pumped and dumped, I guess people don't learn..

Quark has a good profile, Chinese acceptance and multiple encoding cryptos so is safer from the NSA (in theory).  I haven't bought any yet, I'm hoping for another crash, if it does that I'm going to start buying them.

A cap of 50mil in 3 months is possible, so you'll at least double your money. Nothing like the huge price spikes of the smaller coins but a safer one.

If you can't understand why Quark is going to be one of the top tier altcoins you should do some solid research.

this was a directed market policy - and for the most part it worked.

now Quark has achieved its own "first of a first" - superior distribution combined with fast distribution, would be very hard to achieve for others except with an "IPO" type system.

the rest comes down to education and analysis , there is a lot of noise in the market  but investment grade assets always shine though eventually.
