I vote no, not like it matters.

Your posts are nothing but garbage.

That's because bans don't get overturned unless there has been some sort of mistake. Saying sorry and promising not to do it again will not work. Stop wasting your time and forget about it.

I don't think ,you will get you account back. You account has only bounty report and this forum don't need this type of members.

OP must do zero reading here--at least not in Meta--because he'd know those excuses and promises don't ever work when you get a ban.

I second Vod's opinion here, though luckily for OP we're not having a referendum, nor is bitcointalk a democracy.  Unfortunately for him, once you're banned there isn't much you can say to reverse that decision.  Good riddance, I say.

If you never wanted to violate the rules, than you should have readed them more carefully and should not break them in the first place. Every time I see banned member, I also see that they are sorry for breaking the rules. But you know what I don't see most of the times... unbanning. Your even violating the rules by making another account...

EDIT: @suchmoon - thanks for pointing out misinformation.  :)

It seems like this is your daily job

Every single one of your posts can be counted as spam... you should be happy you weren't banned earlier.

please_hep_me, you can't even spell your username correctly. I strongly believe that your absence is going to benefit the forum.

It looks like your post is impressing a lot of spam. From many reports about your post. I think your account will not come back again.

I didn't even understand what you are posting, all bounty reports. You couldn't even contribute to discussion as needed on the forum. Is unfortunate, learn to do some social services and don't just be a milking cow.

Does posting only in bounty threads make the case for a ban on an account?
I can think of a few accounts I might start reporting. :)

please lift the ban.
1st, mods keep their eyes open when they ban someone.
2nd, your posts include nothing but shit.
So, you were banned for valid reason.
Result- Once you are banned, you are banned forever.

Wow never seen this much bounty reports
It seems like this is your daily job
You have posted 325 times in this forum and joined in January. You must have seen a lot of users if you were active in meta or reputation. A lot of people are doing this, only bounty reports including full member to hero.

I agree with you dude. I take a look on his history posts and it's so annoying that I scrolled down so many times first before reaching the bottom of the page (on page no. 2 to be specific) another thing is I saw nothing but bounty updates which makes me disappointed.

@OP - your post history stands as an evidence to prove you guilty for what rule you broke that's why it seems that it's now really impossible for you to have your account again. I feel sorry for you but you don't have any choice — make a brand new start.

If he plans on doing the same thing again (which he probable will), than I would not recommend making brand new account. This forum doesn't need members like that.
You should not encourage him in making new account. Because they are the problem which needs to be rooted out, and not invited to do the same things over and over again.

Only if :). Actually I get your point, you just don't want to have shitty/spammy posters here in the forum (I want the same also) but I think there's nothing wrong of giving second chances and I do believe that he already learned a lesson from this. It will be good if you will judge him based on his actions and not solely based on your intuitions.

I agree. He will obviously do the same thing for sure. It's sad to say but it's much better for OP to just stay away from the forum than to just repeat what he/she just have done. I mentioned "sad" because I'm pretty sure that OP was just doing this kind of "bounty job" for a reason. Maybe to feed his/her family or something else but, the way OP's doing is wrong.

He/she can still find a job and earn money without ever coming back here again. Bitcointalk is not the last option for those loss people.

I second Vod's opinion here
I third the motion. Everything is clear, it's a pure spam and the account deserves to locked out.

To OP, theres no way of getting your account back. You only have Two Option.

1. To start over again BUT make sure to make everything goes to the right way (you know what I'm talking)
Or.
2. Just give it up and never come back.

We always have a second chance to make everything right.

There is in this case.

Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0)

Quote
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.

~

If you get banned (temporary or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

There's not much that can be done to stop it but encouraging someone to break the rules probably isn't a good idea.

Title: Re: Please Lift ban

Your even violating the rules by making another account...

It is allowed to use an alt for this exact purpose (ban appeal).

make a brand new start.

If you mean a new account - not allowed.

1. To start over again BUT make sure to make everything goes to the right way (you know what I'm talking)

Not allowed.

Dear signature shitposters, please stop shitposting bad advice and encouraging rule violations. It's bad enough that you're infecting the forum with your brainless drivel without bothering to even read the rules of the place that pays your pittance. You'd be fired from any job IRL in a heartbeat. Consider this your last warning.

Thanks.

guys cool down.

doing only bounty report is not crime or violation of rules.
my account got banned just because i used some words in post which led it to get banned.

you guys are contributing in forum is good but doing bounty task is my decision and i did it...never posted unwanted comment in any other posts.
If this is case it was its so easy to create new account and start again. I thought I made mistake unintentionally so lets confess and ask for help.

Yeah, you were right Sir/Ma'am suchmoon it's not really allowed as what as stated in the rules. With all due respect but, it's pretty obvious that any person that has a account banned will create a new account to start over for sure (in case that they couldn't get back their account) . Just example, how if you're account has been banned (just assuming). Are you just gonna give up Bitcointalk? I'm sure you will not as you will create a new account instead isn't? Or I'm wrong.

Just like other Members, we all knew that creating a new account when our real account is banned is against the forum rules (except if the account was only created to appeal the ban) but how can we really stop them by creating a new one? That's why I've just gave this stupid advice of mine

Quote

Because it's much better to give them an advice to make everything right when they create a new account and start over again than to just push them away (which obviously they won't do) and just do the same thing like before to their old banned account.

It is just my thoughts. If you think that's it's really wrong. Then I will stop now :)

You guys sound really so angry and cold towards this guy in a way that really gets me so confused. What is the forum all about? What constitutes an offence here? what is a spam in the actual sense and what constitutes a spam on bitcointalk forum? And the guy seems to be so sorry about the situation and none seems to appreciate his stance. This is not the first place I am witnessing this. In every forum where someone has complained about a banned account, everyone, especially the senior members get really mad at him and treats him as the devil himself, why is it so?

I am a newbie, without any computer knowledge but my friends who know some other potentials of mine thought that I will do well here. But this issue of banned account and the hatred it attracts gives me a lot of concerns. Please can someone kindly explain the reason for such reaction towards an individual with a banned account?

The forum was and is still supposed to be a place for Bitcoin enthusiasts to meet and discuss relevant issues. It is currently overrun by spammers getting paid to promote shitcoins and scam ICO tokens. It makes it really difficult to hold a conversation when every thread keeps getting bumped with shitposts that are barely intelligible. So many of us are happy when one of these spammers gets banned. We are also welcoming to a Newbie that is here to learn and get involved in Bitcoin. The OP of this thread doesn't fall into that category.

It is a constant flood of "Great Project" and bounty campaign posts that drowns any good posts.

Thanks so much for your warm reply, I was afraid you guys would be hostile to me for being poky. I understand the situation now. I really don"t like making troubles;  I don't know how to say this, but this forum is so unfamiliar to me and with the ordeal of people who have fallen victim I'm most times afraid of participating freely here for fear of being misunderstood and consequently being crucified, I just need some older person I could ask a few questions at some point when I'm confused. Could you please be the one? Searching for rules guiding a move takes so much time and are often futile, you can help me get along quickly.

If you have any questions that can't be answered with a 5 second Google then just post them on the relevant board. There are thousands of people here willing to help, not just me.

Here's an example of what not to do. There is a thread I posted in when it was a serious discussion that has now degenerated into a place where some Jr. Member just got paid to post this:

Everyone has their own opinions. And everyone should decide for themselves whether to believe in bitcoin or not.

Well, its just that I'm yet to see a discussion such a this I'm having with you now where people are willing to give answers to questions. What I usually sees are comments telling the person that such question has been answered before and that he should go search it up. But, thanks anyway you've made a new impression on me.

All the same, I will like to keep in touch or follow you if there is anything like that on bitcointalk forum. You are my mentor

It's ok to be a clueless noob. I was one once. Now I'm a clueless Legendary.

It's not ok to post incoherent garbage, to break forum rules, to post just for the sake of posting to earn a few pennies at the expense of everyone else having to wade through this cesspool. That's what invokes the negative reaction.

You're making it sound like a ban is some sort of random event that can befall anybody. It's not. You have to break the rules to be banned, and do so in a sufficiently egregious way. But yes, if I end up permabanned I'd walk away. There's more to life than Bitcointalk.

Just like other Members, we all knew that creating a new account when our real account is banned is against the forum rules (except if the account was only created to appeal the ban) but how can we really stop them by creating a new one? That's why I've just gave this stupid advice of mine

We can start by not encouraging permabanned users to create new accounts. We can also report suspected alts of banned users to moderators.

This community is extremely welcoming to genuine new users.  New users are the life blood of Bitcoin IMO.  There is also a large section of this community that is really frustrated by people coming here with the sole intent of "milking the cow".

We have ALL asked stupid questions or asked a question that has been answered before. We have ALL responded off topic to a post.  The point is NO ONE is getting banned for a couple of simple mistakes we have all made.

If you have a genuine problem no matter has "silly" you will very likely find someone to lend a hand around here.  If you actually contribute to conversations and not just answers OP's like there test questions you will find a tremendous amount of people willing to chat with you!

The best advice I could give any genuine new user to this forum would be to forget about signature campaigns and bounties, just be part of the community.  Once you understand how the culture is here and you have been able to figure out how to get some merit legitimately then I think it would be appropriate to test the waters on some of the additional benefits the forum has to offer.
