Title: What do you think about Tezos?
Post by: radokan on June 09, 2018, 03:44:10 PM
Tezos is still under development and coins can be bought at few exchanges.

From what I see it ethereum's competitor and new platform for smart contracts and dap's. It is still under testing, but developers are very active and it can become big project.

Disclamer - i don't hold any tezos.

The mainnet is not launched yet as far as I know so these exchanges are not selling the actual coin, I wouldn't buy them. What happened with SegWit2x is an example of the disaster that could happen here.

With that being said, Tezos is definitely a promising project but I think they could've delivered much earlier If they had no problem with the funds collected in the ICO.

There are so many new technologies and design solutions packed in Tezos, that it remains to be seen how it develops. For a platform in its early phase of development, it is astonishing how they managed to raise so much money during their ICO (but now they have legal problems (https://hackernoon.com/the-curious-tale-of-tezos-from-a-232-million-ico-to-4-class-action-lawsuits-6f411b7aad7e)). All in all, FOMO will certainly move the price up, especially when Tezos starts to appear on the major exchanges, but again it is a long road from good design solutions to a fully functional cryptocurrency.

Self-amending ledger. Think its good. Blockchains need to incorporate some sort of on-chain governance as governance is very important (Read this article by Fred - https://medium.com/@FEhrsam/blockchain-governance-programming-our-future-c3bfe30f2d74) Tezos & Dfinity are headed in that direction.

Tezos is a developing coin and I think it will be excess to compare it with an alts like Etherum. It may compete in future but right now it is still developing. Lets see what is there in future.

I think Trezor is not a great coin for invest. There performance is not good at all. They take some initiatives for their development. If they eliminate their weakness then this coin will get peoples acceptance.

I search this coin and found that it was a big project but lack of developments because of the regulations or laws. While i saw in the marketcap that they are listed in hitbtc but this coins is tag as pre launch. The price was high but not totally high that seems to have a several updates from them.

I don't think it is a good idea to buy TEzos which had no value in market cap and circulating supply on CMC, until now maybe the intellectual right issue had not been solved that makes their coin in a pre-launch status.

This is a new coin in the market that is still in the process of development. The team of this tezos is really active and giving nice efforts. I think they will be the potential competitor of the Ethereum. So I think that it has a great opportunity to take position in the market.

It is not a worthy investment in current scenario because already number of coins are fluctuating in market and this project is gradually moving to negative way so no one is looking to this investment. Many potential platforms are available in the market so we should discuss in promising project it is really useful to many investors.

Tezos has applied KYC verification to the all of their investors. You could try to tell someone does he still remember his password because in fact that there is a lot of people are loosing it right now.
For hudreds millions blockchain and this is a very worst project but it's not so bad as 4 billion blockchain with so many buggy code.
