They refer to section 11 where all the items are listed for which it is forbidden (pornography, weapons, money laundering, etc ) to use their service. When I asked them to be more explicit and tell me which of the items there they thought bitcoins would fit, they never gave an answer and just said "It is forbidden. Our decision is not open for discussion. You account is closed and you cannot make use of our services any longer." I'm not aware I did anything wrong or so for all the transactions I had so far 6 or 7 of which 3 via moneybookers (otherwise bitmarket.eu would have closed my account as well, I guess). So, is this the same moneybookers or is there a different moneybookers policy for the US ? I'd like to know : I'm being threated as dirt by these guys and they refuse to tell me why. Don't put any clue in the transaction that your are trading for BTC. I did email MB about BTC trading, and they said in no uncertain terms that accounts will be closed if seen to be trading BTC. They can't ban something that doesn't exist. If you write 'payment for bitcoin exchange' in the memo field it's your fault if they freeze the account. Just leave out the last three words |
