Every department mostly have rotten eggs in them. People like them always find ways to extorsion money from normal people and businessman and even high profile people as well. Such corrupt officials promises faster and easier government services in exchange for money..I hope such practices will stop in order for our government can have a better Service to the tax payers of their cointry

In my opinion if the official have been motivated by instinct and urge to acquire power and rule over people such person will tend to be corrupt, regardless of the salary that is receiving. There is sadly no "crash course" on how to become ethical official. I wish there would be. The motivation shall be the greater good for people, and not personal gains.
