Dreams are the way the brain has found to re-elaborate thinks, feelings and memories generates during the day. A basic ingredient of the dreams are the day trace, the recent memories of the day just passed, which can be more or less consciousness. Sometimes we dream people, places or object as we seen it, sometimes our sleeping brain mix this elements to create something new and hardly recognizible. Maybe the social life has a strong emotional effects on you, so people you meet became characters of your dreams. |
