I reopened again, and asked how can I contact bitstamp support if the pages are not loading and incapsula is loading instead, and they closed the chat again without not a single line of answer. Terrible customer service at incapsula, I don't understand how people can pay for this sh.t. Bitstamp should remove from their services, and get some decent inhouse protection. It is not such a great deal to get someone good with servers and set up a few rules for protection. Title: Re: Bitstamp is down? On startup, it queries my current account-balance (this works fine) and after 10 seconds it queries the orderbook (this doesn't work). Title: Re: Bitstamp is down?
