You're definitely not using a wallet service but attempting a withdrawal from some service. A screenshot or exact url of the website service you're asking about would help greatly.

Lack of information :(If you want help, you should start by sharing all relevant information. It sounds to me like you're trying to withdraw from for example a faucet site to your Blockchain wallet.
