Do you think we are in a bear market or is it just a correction?

There are already many markets not infront of you but many in the deep web or dark markets...So dont worry...You can browse dark sites for accessing the crypto markets.

I am still holding all my coins. Still believe in crypto revolution. Nothing that some bad news and bad sentiment can change.

As of now i will check the trend and buy some legit and trusted coins, cryptocurrency is getting to much monotonous this days.  Nobody is sure what is happening but the big trend is yet to to come since the downtrend is currently happening.

it's like Christmas, man! buy what you can - only if you believe in Bitcoin.

I think it is just a correction phase and this will soon blow over. We will see a huge increase in the price soon and people should

stock up on some coins before this happens. I cannot see that the price would go much lower than $7000 under the current

conditions, but as we know... anything might happen to steer the price in a different direction. The market is very unpredictable,

this is no longer a correction, the correction was a long time ago. if anything this is just over-correction. and we are already in a bear market. it is not a this-or-that situation.

if you are trying to figure out when this is going then nobody can possibly answer you that. but sooner or later it will end. and trend will reverse.

They are all accumulating more. These are the people that are snapping up your cheap coins when you panic sell. Now is the time to be buying more, or at the very least, holding and being patient.

Well the market is not going quite well and I think the best strategy for now will be to hold the coins till the price rise and to buy some more coin in this small price to earn some profit in future.

I'm planning to invest in this market now as the price is low and I can easily afford it. Besides, I know the market keeps on fluctuating. So, in future there are probabilities of getting the price much higher than now.

Mainly all of the coins are affected based on these situations so the main thing is have patience because it’s the key of success also now the price of coin is low but after few days later it will increase soon already btc price increase also altcoin increase so wait for good time.

We have no choice but HODL. With market fluctuations, it forced us to do this. I guess those who are waiting in Bitcoin are more comfortable for us.

The correction might got an extension and this bear market really hurting our butt, but its still better to hold or if you can buy more coins to keep, the bounce back will approach we knew that its always the case inside crypto, fluctuations is a big part of this business and it attract more players who also

Based on this question I have to say that crypto market is doing very well yes In some country they blocked crypto market but you can trade or do many things with tor web based on this dark web you need to be careful just or else you can do many things in here.

Same here, I'm holding all my coins as well because I believe in the technology. I'm sure in time it will again regain it's price. Cryptocurrency anyway is a roller coaster ride, it seems that we are in the lower part currently of the roller  coaster. It's just a correction.

In the current market I am not selling any of my coin as the market is bearish now. I am hlding it till the price rises.

It’s very likely to panic by this state of the market. But, we should try to be patient and try to hodl the coins. The long term investments always prove to be profitable in the long run.

The only thing that I'm doing in these market conditions is buying as many coins as possible before the next bull cycle. I don't want to miss out on the next one like I did during the previous by not buying much. A bear phase is the best time to make an entry into the markets and you wont get a better chance than this.

Currently,  in this bear market we had experience, it would be better not sell your coins since the drop is quite huge.  The best way for now is just hold and wait for the recovery after all this bear market will not stay long where it could reach back to it's old price and will gradually increase soon in due time.

in my opinion, there are good opportunities to invest todays, you can reduce your cost also , you have to know that crypto market is not stable market yet, and needs time for this situation.

i really hope so. i was always hopping that cryptos can still be able to increase more and recover from a huge crash although i still constantly sell some of my coins because i also need money more oftenly to be used in important spendings. i guess the best thing to do in this market condition is to keep calm and keep on hodling but if ever you badly need some cash to fuel up your daily needs , then theres nothing you can do but sell and accept the fact that you will loose some.

What I do in these market conditions is to invest in 3 stages
1. buy altcoin with the highest volume
2. do holding
3. selling crypto that increase even though only 5%.

If you are having firm belief on bitcoin then invest...But no one knows the future...So think twice before investing...And if you think that again price will rise or you can earn a bit then invest...

From my observation this is more of a bear market than a correction. Holding would be the best thing to do out of the 4 options. Selling is not a bad option if you can't handle losing more money or want to maintain your profit. Panicking is one of the things that everyone should avoid or control because it can easily ruin your investment experience . In this situation what I would do is hold like what a lot of people do.

Bear market i don't think so because the market is still in correction mode only and i think it will soon rally after it has made enough sideways movement. Remember that market doesn't move straight upwards or downwards. The rally of Bitcoin from $1000 to $20,000 created a big rally with a very steep trend and this needs to be settles down by tons of horizontal correction and it will consume time and not the price and this is the reason we fill that it is in bear market but actually it is not.

Looking at the market price of every cryptocurrency, it is very logical that people will hold their cryptos and would even buy cryptos seeing the low prices and it is actually quite logical to do the same for everyone. I'll be holding the coins too and maybe even buy some crptyos in some days.!

This is a bear market IMO. I think we're going back to 2014 all over again. If this assumption is correct then we won't see any significant bull run until 2022, 4 years after last ATH just like 2013-2017. Keep in that the halving will occur on 2021. Last time (2016) the bull run was a year after the halving, so this would be a nice coincidence too! (cherry picking, I know :D)

I mostly accumulating here, buying every once in a while. You don't have to wait for the bottom to get a good buy, don't try to catch the falling knife they say. Buy all the way down and you'll get a good price average. I also margin trade sometime, opening a short during this bear trend can be so rewarding.

I think it is not a correction that we are experiencing right now because the price of bitcoin moves only a bit slower on a 6400 to 6700 usd range. Honestly im not that kind of cryptocurrency investor that holds for a long time like a year or more. Im only looking for short term profit and i can see that this type of market condition is a great opportunity to buy it and enjoy my profit later. Short term is the best strategy for me because i can always get in and out of the market whenever i want to.

Selling would hurt the market more, it's better to hold and also be an opportunist and buy in small units.

I will increase the capital because now is the right time to re-start investing in bitcoin or altcoin. because the prices in the market are on the downside. so it becomes an opportunity to buy as many bitcoins as possible .

I have been adding to my portfolio holdings bit bit with small amounts at the dips for the last 2 months.
In this market it enables me to lower my average buy price of the coins it balances the higher prices i paid earlier in the year.

actually today can be a good day for you to buy bitcoin at a falling price. because the fact is however bitcoin has been used in a decade more, and this decline is not the first time. so, I think this correction will pass over time

Probably not many banks are willing to do that, but please keep in mind that Bitcoin was specifically designed to eliminate the need to do your payments and manage your finances through a bank. With Bitcoin you can do all that on your own. If you really need to use the words "Bitcoin" and "bank" in the same sentence, you would probably want to go to an cryptocurrency exchange and convert your BTC into fiat money (USD)

Well at this point, the correction is probably over and we're just not getting over the bears just yet. Though with how fast and how high the price moved last december, it's also possible that a correction is still in play. Patience is always the key in times like these especially if you've entered at quite a bad time

I won't say it as a correction becasue it has been a while now since BTC has been down . It never crossed $10k this year and I guess it should have done that until now. This does seem like a bear market to me now. I was just holding on until now but now I have started buying some potential altcoins.

True and besides what we can only do now is wait. You can sell but if you know that the cause of it is not going to be worth it then choose to keep your coins/tokens in the wallet. Day trading could be an alternative at times like this but keep in mind that the profit is only little or maybe just enough besides it is riskier than holding especially if you don't know how to do it. It will consume time watching the market price and waiting for the price where you can earn profit.

I also do day trading and holding but I will pretty much prefer holding because guarding the market price is stressful. I have experience that the price of the coin I am watching go up when I am not on guard and it is very frustrating.

I'm doing all I can to get more coins ,I'm worry less about the bear market ,I buy more coins and hold even I intend to keep all the coins I mined with my mining rigs for long term hold

At the moment, I strongly feel that HODLING is the best strategy since the bear market will most likely not end anytime soon which will only drive the value of my portfolio even lower rendering any form of selling absolutely useless. I would advise purchasing only the popular cryptocurrencies like Ripple, Litecoin, Stellar, Ethereum etc since majority of the cryptocurrencies might not be able to survive this onslaught over time which means you could potentially lose your funds if you invest into less popular cryptocurrencies. Do your research carefully and invest wisely.

I suggest just to sit back and relax... and buy more coins. The perfect time for investments has come. Altcoins are affordable as never before. The present situation at the crypto market is just the temporary correction.

I believe that the current crypto condition is more of a correction and perhaps there will be time that corrections will take a little longer to make the market back to uptrend condition. Most likely, we can observe another up trend market in the coming weeks thus crypto price values will again increase in the coming weeks. Just stay cool and hold further for the time being as market condition would be better in the coming weeks. Instead, this will be the right time in buying than selling your cryptos.

If I knew that this season was going to last and it would take so long, in January I would turn all my money into Bitcoin and I wouldn't even look at the price for 4-5 months. But we don't know. We waited and lost. We have no choice but to HODL.

I have been Holding for the past six month and constantly monitoring the trend. I do not think that market is still correcting. Whatever correction was supposed to happen has already happened. At the moment Bitcoin is holding at the price range of 6.2k to 6.7k. It is a Bear market and I plan to Hodl till the price goes to the range of 9.5k to 10k.  I still will not invest at this range cause I am sure that the market will again correct and drop to the price of 7.5k to 8k. At this price I plan to Invest and Sell.

The right thing to do right now is to be patience and do not ever panic because it may cause of a low income if you panic. We should be brave and stay calm. As of now I still hold my coin because of the bear market and holding is one of solution on current market.

I think the market is now starting to make a bullish run and if you have to observe the market ranking, XRP is now 2nd to BTC with respect to the market cap. More people are getting excited to see green once again and hoping for a continuous uptrend movement. Always up do date with the news because currently price played by the whales by spreading the news.
So scalping around 6k-7k is preety good at this moment :D

On a serious note, we are into the deep of the bear market, considering that fact that; the market before now was good as the looses were minimize compare to what is happening currently in the market. All am doing right now is holding what i have and waiting for the bull_run.

Just be able to survive by holding or you can do other things that will convert your time to prevent yourself watch closely the coins you are tracking. Don't put much time of watching them if you just hold, it won't help if you check trackers from time to time.

The market condition right now is really not encouraging. What I am doing now is to HODL more coins and also make some trade on some exchanges to make more money.

At this current market situation in cryptocurrency i continue to hold coin which i think has a potential to in the coming days or months. I think that this is not a correction but a bear market. Throughout 2018 almost every month cryptocurrency prices have decreased. If only a correction is likely the price will rise again in a moment and stabilize at that price. And if market have a correction, let say the price fall almost 10% suddenly then in a short time also the coin price will increase.

yes it is a good and wise action. because by continuing to survive and wait for a big profit we will get when the price rises and the market stabilizes. don't panic because panic will only bring harm to ourselves.

For some it may be a panic selling but for some it may be an opportunity to sell at a high price and buy back at a low price. Never forget that crypto is for risk takers. The more you risk the more you are rewarded. Being idle may make you lose many opportunities.

For the long bear market runs, I am holding my coins. Though I haven't many coins left, about 3 months ago all of my holding coins was hacked! I think this time is very good to do trade regularly if you can't do it then hodl your coins, but selling coins at this low price will be a wrong decision.

I think we are at the end of bearish conditions. I don't say the bullish market is near or at the beginning of 2019 all-time high is coming. The volatility and the volume are decreasing since 20k, we have 3 higher lows. This shows us (even 5k or lower is still possible) the probability of new uptrend is higher than the continuation of this downward trend.

The correction has long passed. I think this is precisely a bear market. In this very difficult period, I practically don’t sell anything from my cryptocurrencies, since all of them have dropped in price almost ten times and there’s no point in trading them.
