Title: Currency strength = adoption, why not arbitraril mass distribute entire premine?

If currency strength = adoption, why not focus distribution efforts outside the the scope of people who are already aware of cryptocurrency movement?

Some one once said,  the best thing one can do for BitCoin is buy small amounts for friends and family who are "on the outside" of the movement.

Along those lines why not give a new currency to billions of people all over the world an leave it up to them to claim it.

The trick of course would be identity verification but could possibly be accomplished by sending to members of existing websites:  Facebook, wikipedia contributors, craigslist account holders.  Even if the website owners were unwilling to assist in the arbitrary distribution of an arguably as-of-yet worthless currency,  it could be made public that their website had been allocated currency that was intended for to be equally distributed Mongst members then rely on the sites' user base catching wind of publicity around the distribution.  If the webmasters don't agree to distribute it,  simply ask them to reconsider when their user base starts demanding their Allocation (which you have public ally announced they have access to).  For example,  one could announce that Wikipedia's webmaster had recieved $1,000,000 USD worth of the new currency to be distributed to the users equally, start telling them that they owned this currency but needed to convince the webmaster to make distribution.  Webmasters would have little advantage to try and take the coins for themselves simply because their whole value would be contingent on said distribution.

Just brainstorming  on how to  expand cryptocurrency adoption, be it bitcoin or future  generation coins.
