Look at the Russian theme. If necessary, use Google translate. I myself once was surprised that such exchanges so much.I am sure that there will be more of them in the near future.

Correct me if I am wrong but...

Does decentralised not mean, it only allows crypto to crypto?  ???

In order to have an actual exchange involving fiat ("normal") money, an exchange can NOT be decentralised. At least I've never heard of one, didn't find one in (now months) of research... since there is no actual bank out there willing to (or able to) join in.

The trace of actual cash to Crypto has to be tracked somehow (by the banks, due to law and administration reasons). With a centralised option (fiat to crypto) that is possible.

But please, let me know if anybody finds something. I know crypto-to-crypto exist, but you have to start somewhere (get your first BTC), right?

Cheers! 8)

I don't have any comparison with these decentralized exchanges.
But have you tried out Idex.market? it's one of the best so far and there's a good volume on that exchange.
I've used it many times and it looks great to trade there.
Edit: I searched this https://coinsutra.com/best-decentralized-exchanges-dex/

Hi, I dont know how do you conclude that Cointroops.com is far from being stable as it has not even opened to the public yet and you are not in the beta tester list.

Any other constructive opinion will be welcome. Thank you : )

Here is actually a good list of some of the most well-known decentralized exchange for ETH based tokens.

It was just posted a month ago so I assume this is an updated list.

Here  you can find a list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4724064.msg42685352#msg42685352 with more exchanges listed on.
But I didn't make a comparison, feel free to do it if you want and then post it on a topic, it could be nice to collect info from the community
