Ordered Jan 28th @ 11AM Central time - so it should be a low serial #.  Can provide email receipt. 

Box never opened - so I don't know the serial #.  I accept any stablecoin (with a reasonable history) - this sale is about a small bump in my finances without wanting to sell crypto.  Buyer will need to be reputable.  This is a great deal - if you don't use these they will go up in value (significantly).  If you live in the mid / southwest I may be able to deliver in person.

If it's not a low serial number do you offer some sort of guarantee that it will be, if not will a monetary fee be reimbursed in the purchasing crypto tied to the time of purchase in crypto?

Not as bad a deal as it originally appeared to me.  I couldn't find one cheaper (https://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Boring-Company-Not-a-Flamethrower-Instruction-Instruction-Manual-Elon-Musk/232803806996) online anywhere yet.  For the guy that always needs to be an early adopter, this might be the best current option.

Personally, I'm just waiting to watch all the YouTube videos of people lighting their homes on fire accidentally.

I am still amazed they went through with this product stunt. Don't get me wrong you couldn't pay enough money for the publicity it got them...

However... the legality of it scares me...

1) Giving the average people (Americans) a Flamethrower.
2) bypassing border/shipping restrictions with calling it Not a Flamethrower.
3) as Og mentions the possible legality that might come from these. Damages, Injuries or worse case deaths.

I would hate to be their in-house council...

I couldn't find the article, but I read somewhere that Tesla had ordered lots of parts they ended up not needing.  The flamethrower (my guess) was nothing more than them trying to make lemonade out of lemons and find a way to sell some of their unused parts to avoid losses.  I think The Boring Company raised over 20 million dollars selling the flamethrowers already, which is better than Tesla paying to store or dispose of parts they didn't end up needing.

Looks like a lot of these people bought to resell later so the market should be flooded here shortly - even more so than now (this is just the supply for the first 1K flamethrowers).  You shouldn't have a problem picking one up in that range or less if you get one in the first few months.

I sold my Eth for $2.50, Monero for $2, Litecoin for $3.  I'm a respecter of not fucking up now.  I'll hold on to em for a year & see if my patience pays off.

Didn't it feel really good at the time to make that profit though...
That was about my range - Selling 2k Eth (@100% profit) to pay for 1semester of college  :-*

Looks like my flamethrower speculation wasn't on point.  I'm looking to offload 1 of these now for a stablecoin.  This is not about crypto speculation - so whatever deal is worked out I don't want exposure to crypto markets.  I will not deal with anyone who doesn't either have a good reputation or isn't within driving distance.

I've done $10K+ deals and been around this forum (& others) for years.  Description is accurate - price is about what they are going for on ebay when you filter out the scammers.  (Mine is unfired / sealed in box - don't even know the Serial #)
