The first two items in that list seem to refer to radeon 7990.
But yes, it's probably a wrong/misleading title for the objects they are selling...

7990 for 100 euro is really cheap if it's true, you can mine altcoins with a great effectiveness using this

research before asking questions.

apparently you can get more than 1500kh/s with it.

search for scrypt mining comparison

7990s are actually a notorious bunch of cards. They are supposed to hash a 1500Kh/s+ but, most people have a lot of problem with them and can only mine at around 1.1Mhs.

There were two versions for the 7990.

Version 1 had 3x 8pin PCI-E (I wouldn't touch it)
Version 2 had 2x 8pin PCI-E (Finally they made it as power efficient as 4x 7850s!)  :P

It is still the fastest card out there at this time, none of the AMD R9 or Nvidia can touch it.

But I'd probably use 4x R9 270 these days to get the most GH/W as it's an extra 1024 stream processors (Like having a 5th 7850 for free!).

as if you can get a gigahash in scrypt.

whats wrong with an extra power cable? its not gonna use it unless needed so you have more overclock room right? or is it gonna smoke green?

Definitly a mistype. 1GB memory should give you a hint (unless the price does LOL)

You can google the art. no. aswell and itll direct you to a FirePro V3900.

Remember, if its too good to be true, it probably is.
