Title: Is it correct in english?

Hi. Is it correct if I write "Crypto Ill"? My meaning of it is that somebody is sick with crypto illness. Something like that. Thank you

Yes, that's true, in English there are often "words" that have many meanings, every "word" combined with the conjunctive word, it will have a different meaning.

I would suggest not to use the word illness under crypto. Because there is no bad health that cause by crypto.

But is it correct in english "Crypto Ill"? For example for a nickname or user name? That I am ill with crypto. Its good addiction :) I am just not sure if it is correct. I am not native speaker. Thank you

If you mean addicted to crypto, I think `crypto addict` is more appropriate. But if you mean really ill, you could say `crypto sick`, I think :-)
