Well it is really possible, the only thing that has to happen is bitcoin price to double and the rate between btc and ltc stay the same.

I think that this coin has good prospects. When selling asics, Bittman accepts three cryptocurrencies. BTC, LTC and BCH. I very much doubt that such a well-known company that is one of the leaders in the crypto-currency market will accept a unpromising currency. For me this is a serious argument.

Yeah, it's possible to reach that price. We're just at the second quarter of this year. For me, many things can happen. Also, we're still at the bear market right now. We can't expect Litecoin to pump that high easily. Market needs to recover first before we see Litecoin to pump huge. The record high of Lite as far as i know was $375(correct me if im wrong). That's before the 2017 ends. So, for me $200 still possible. Anyway, it's all up to dev how they improve this Litecoin.

First of all stop believing the future prediction of crypto currencies. That is not true and we can not really be 100% sure about these things. Crypto currencies are like most volatile stuff in this world now and they can go up and down like ocean waves! They can be high at time and low at other. This all depend upon the surrounding factors, news, crypto development etc.

When people predict then they dont consider these things in the future. They just plot some graphs and draw a line towards something big, you think that its true! Lolz. Its not.

I think litecoin is one of the most reliable coins of the crypto world. Although it is not a young coin, I think it has still a great growing potential for the future.

It is possible, but it will depend on how fast the market can turn and go up. It also depends on Bitcoin. Many coins can grow 2-3 times this year.

Some currencies boom without anyone expecting it to, I think Litecoin has a shot on reaching $200 by the end of the year, as of now there may be a 60% chance of reaching that 200 mark, its just my clear prediction, because since there are almost 7 months before 2018 ends I think Litecoin may reach that by the end of December.

Not much fond of the LTC but I do know that this currency is something different and silently it is getting developed with nice blocks.

However! I am not sure about that speculation where the article predicts the price 200 bucks ! Im doubtful because im not sure if thats the correct way of putting that price. Though they are getting developed in right path then it doesn't mean it will boom to such high rates. It has already seen lot of ups and downs lately and people have lost interest from it. To get those prices LTC team needs to start another marketing phase just to get all those people back. Then we can see some hikes in it.

I think $200 is small when the bull market returns. I am not just sure if altcoins will be given time to recover big time especially that we are approaching second half of 2018 which is bitcoin's recovery time.

$200 for Litecoin is the normal price. In any bull market, this coin will easily make this position. So yes, I think that by the end of the year there will definitely be a $200 LTC.

I think litecoins will not reach up to $ 200 by the end of the year, the data I see in the blockfolio for about 1 year litecoin only increased by + 6.35%. And my prediction at the end of the year litecoin highest rise to $ 100

It is quite possible that Litecoin will reach 200 dollars at the end of the year..Litecoin is decreasing and increasing in the same way as Bitcoin..At the end of the year, if a market like last year is reached, it can reach 250-300 dollars.

Very very unlikely if Bitcoin is still in a downtrend. People have long shouted about the flippening where an alt takes over BTC place as #1 in market cap ranking. But until now, no such thing happen and all other alts are still somehow tied with BTC price. So unless BTC made a good bounce to $10K+, $200 for LTC is very unlikely to happen

Yes it is possible for LTC to reach that level by year end as everything is possible in this market but the only neccesary condition for that is bitcoin must cross the mark of $15000 once again as movement of litecoin totally depends upon on btc price trends.So if btc price increase same will be the case with litecoin.

I don't think the price of the litecoin will become $200 this year 2018 because the price of the litecoin will increase more than $200 because the possible price become $1000 and I hope that happen. But if the price of the bitcoin continue decreasing maybe $200 is happen because they are affect litecoin if bitcoin decrease too.

LTC can hit $200–300 if BTC hits $20k. Simply because LTC positions itself as silver to bitcoin gold and rise almost proportionally. While new Litecoin ATMs are installed and a growing number of companies are showing interest in Litecoin, their future looks better.

Sorry, but litecoin is not a dump-pump coin, far from it. Dogecoin is a typical pump and dump coin.
As mentioned already in this topic, litecoin can reach 200$ if we get a new bullish market.

Litecoin is my one of the favourite coins in the cryptocurrency world. I think it always has a great potential to reach double or triple of its current price.

If the bull comes back the way everyone is hoping for, then yeah, $300 will even be the "small" value it can hope for, since every huge bull tends to run over old ATH prices. As a Litecoin holder, I will hold Charlie Lee to his promise of staying with the development until it reaches at least old ATH, so I have little concern. Of course, I'm not foolish enough to think Lee won't abandon LTC when he wants to, but I'm also confident of Bitcoin at least reaching the old ATH in time to come. And when that happens, good old Litecoin will be one of the first to benefit.

That's a huge possibility, because even though it's now half price of $ 200, but the thing to remember is that ltc is often at that number, even more, if you do not believe please check in the previous month, my belief for this ltc at the end of the year later will break through reach $ 400 even more than that, here is my opinion about this problem

Definitely litecoin will reach $200 that's big possiblity because last year litecoin reached $366 and price is low it's normal in market . litecoin platform most people like and easy  transactions, with an almost zero transaction fee compared to Bitcoin. No doubt it will reach $200 and more

Maybe this is frustrating but i guess litecoin has no place in good value this year it was stagnant on the dropping price and dont even have a sign of progress,unless the developer make some review on why this p

even i believe the price could reach more than $200 or more than the past all time high of litecoin my friend

90% chances are it will easily touch 200 USD before this year end , just need a strong bull run and there you go . 10% chance it may take 1 year bcoz few well known crypto experts saying market may not recover this year so in that case LTC also will not go above 150 USD . but be optimistic if it does not happen this year then wait for next year . everything will be ok at good time . bitcoin prices are affecting all other alts badly .

I believe Litecoin will hit $1000 within a year or two once the bulls return and confidence in the market is renewed. I am still optimistic of it closing out the year at $200. We all know that in crypto, anything can happen.
