Let's talk about Flint Neward, presented as a "member of the European Parliament" (it sounds serious!)

https://i.imgur.com/x9qHyTy.png

Her picture comes from here (a Russian photographer): https://www.olgaeregina.com/business-portfolio

obvisously, Flint is very discreet in the European Parliament...https://www.google.fr/search?q=flint+nevard+parlement+europeen&oq=flint+&aqs=chrome.2.69i59j0j69i59j69i57j69i59j69i60.5116j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

ICO's ratings represent an obvious scam: on the surface everything is fine but none of these agencies exist!

https://i.imgur.com/J5xGv9m.png

Message posted on the Ann thread:

Quote
some questions about your ratings on 3 ICO listing sites that you put forward on your website:

ICO Track: 4.7/5
ICO Benchmark: 4.8/5
Holder ICO: 4.2/5

These are very good grades! Would it be possible to have the please links?

Indeed:
- I don't know "ICO track" (I know "TrackICO, but they don't know you)
- I don't know "ICO Benchmark" (I know "ICOBench", but they do not know you)
- I don't know "Holder ICO" - I know "ICO Holder", and they know you!
https://icoholder.com/en/tonal-quantum-network-21443

But, here, the result is not very convincing...the team members are "unverified".

Of course, no answer

@Tonal_Quantum ( The scammer ) say:   " Do not speak badly of Our Advisors, he took this picture when he was taking a shower and was in such a hurry to go and steal money in the forum bitcointalk so we did not have time to pay someone to use Photoshop... "

So these are more other guys who woke up and decided it was time to become millionaires and to become millionaires were to do research on google and immediately discovered the gold mine "ICOs Scam", this week we already have 3 cases of icos scam. It seems that the regulations are really lacking

Watching, mainly for the response of ughh123 to this and the resulting actions they take in regards to their already running bouties on behalf of Tonal Quantum.

The introduction text for Maria Filatova is taken from SmartStartupToken's (https://smartstartuptoken.tech/) Maria Kolitsida.

And the picture source (http://www.prophotoday.ru/podarok-sertifikat?lightbox=dataItem-j01a4zac1) for Scott Pierce is a russian photography site as well.

My guess is the only "real" person here is Rainer Blatt, a quantum physicist. But of course, I have found nothing that links him to Tonal Quantum.
I sent his secretary an email lol.
We'll see if I get an answer. Not sure her boss will appreciate having his name linked to that shit.

ughh123 is managing very interesting bounties, look at this one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4426179.msg39487107#msg39487107

It wouldn't surprise me that scammers are running dozens scams and managing bounties for their own scams.

I know this is slightly off topic here (would probably better fit into a dedicated thread), but since OP mentions the ICO and the bounty, it's worth having a look at what ughh123 does outside of Tonal Quantum.
Checking further back into the portfolio of ughh123, I've found at least two more problematic campaigns.

HDX seems to have vanished after their ICO closed in late May, with the Bounty being unpaid (supposedly due for payment on June 10).

ughh123 bounty: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3390939.0

XPV ended in May as well, and has not been paid yet. The website for the ICO is down at this point, as are telegram/social media channels.

haii Lutpin thank for your concern. only HDX Scam me and they did not pay me for my bounty managing but they send me 400 000 hdx for bounty campaign and that 400 000 hdx token still on their website,

XVP is not a scam because they paid all participants weekly other participants did not received rewards because of their mistakes.

So you're going to make the payments to participants soon? Then you can post the transaction IDs for those once you've made them, for my ease of mind, you know.

XVP is not a scam because they paid all participants weekly other participants did not received rewards because of their mistakes.
Same thing, right? There should be transactions you can provide to show us, instead of having to take your word for it.
If it is a legit project, how come the website is dead?

You haven't responded what you are going to do about Tonal Quantum and the bounty you have started for them.

Also, your reasoning how a "40-45% monthly ROI" on loans is sustainable in any possible way would be fun to read.

@ughh123
Your bounty thread is still open and you haven't told people to stop their bounty tasks. How come ?
You haven't even said anything about Tonal-Quantum here, you only answered Lutpin about other campaigns you managed, not this one.
Still refusing to admit this is a scam ?

@Agrabah
It's actually Hellmouth42 who found out about all this. I just followed and tried to find a few more details.

he did that:  [SCAM]TONAL QUANTUM NETWORK🚀 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4464016.0)

talking about INFORMATION Tonal_Quatum TEAM and they PROVE IT THAT THIS PROJECT IS SCAM, YOU CAN LOOK ON THIS THREAD AND READ WHAT IS ALL ABOUT -  CLICK ME

Well, he accepted to be a campaign manager and did not do research before accepting this task and this is something very dangerous, so I think that's why he's reserving himself here, because posting here will be like being in court being judged, he also have this problem:

[SCAM] HIGH DEFINITION EXCHANGE (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3390939.0)

Thanks Guys!!! You just saved me and lot others from continuing with this scam ICO!! I was a bounty participant there.

It's not a surprise seeing this trash ico's are using our forum and members to promote their campaigns.People do trust this campaigns and join there.

It's indeed no surprise as long as "managers" like ughh123 enable them, do no research before starting bounties for them,
and there are no consequences for either the scammers or the bounty "managers".

yes. okay Im going to do that, if the hdx token is transferable.
HDX website is already DEAD.
So you cannot pay the participants after all, thus this bounty campaign was a scam.

But what about the manager - are there any sanctions against such sharers?
