Unfortunately I forgot my password and then i tried to reset it. Unfortunately my account is now locked and i am getting an error message like this. It would be much appreciated if you could unlock me. how i unlock my old account ? If so, from my experience, it took several hours before I received the password reset email once requested. If you tried this method, sit tight and check your spam folder in a couple of hours.
If you didn't register with your email address, then unfortunately, you're shit out of luck. There are people that have been trying to recover their accounts for months and even years... If so, then what is the error message that you're receiving? Does it have a time constraint on additional attempts, such as "You can try again in 1 hour"?
