What can I say: Ripple is maybe full of BS!

Ripple could be deemed a security in the Californian courts. This could set a precedence for everyone to sue coins that they lost money from that are deemed as securities: This is not an environment for a Savy investor to invest in before clarification and outcome of what I have said: Don’t challenge what I have said because it is reality in the big city and if you can’t see it go back to school!

Impressive. XRP was anyway shit coin and it will always be shit one no matter what. First of all it is not the real crypto coin as it runs completely centralised one and they always keep manipulating or holding the prices at one place all the time. The emission rate for this coins is unlimited one and thus makes me think why they even created that one. If this coin is not going to have any value in the future then why is it even in the crypto space. They could have just made it in the real world and offered banks some hand shakes.  ::)

I doubt that.  Banks love ripple..a means of control still.

Although I am not a ripple supporter, but I find it strange why the banks are joining ripple to test its block chain system and western union is not impressed. Perhaps western union will come up with a better block chain, let’s see.

I doubt it too, they are not the brainchild of a Bank, i mean they are independent system, so they make financial services for customers and they do not support the ripple, agreed with them too

I think Western Union is garbage.
Who uses it? WU is the past, and if they do not use blockchain, they will die.
Many world banks use ripple technology.

I'm actually curious about what XRP does.
Wouldn't Banks around the world be better off using blockchain directly to make a blockchain's cryptocurrency than XRP?

I am not a fan of Ripple but you have to wonder what is the point of Western Union in a world where I can transfer money to you through a cryptocurrency. I expect that since such a large portion of their business is transferring funds that they will be one of the first of the financial services dinosaurs to be made extinct by cryptocurrency.

They are saying this because they are afraid. Ripple is much better than banks.
Western union bank has the biggest fees on the world while ripple has very low fees!

Ripple is reported to provide fast and cheap transaction services? I prefer to use stellar at a low cost in every shipment and fast. I am confused why ripple has a big community? what is the advantage of ripple?

I still doubt it until now.,but i dont think that ripple will last long for few more years., but some other major business and other financial intermediaries are now accepting and integrating with ripple, ive heard recently that they have partnered with moneygram, i dont know if the news is true or not, but it has been posted anywhere else, last month. Some banks still recognizing this ripple., and my question to myself, what is the future of this currency since this is centralized.

Ripple is centralized, so the ideology of ripple breaks crypto main principle - be decentralized. I never invested in it. Also this is the one of the reasons why it was dumped so much after last pump. Maybe it is very quick and cheap, but it is piece of trash!

Western union is one of the sources (banks) which ripple was created for. But why do banks not just invent their own curreny with their own coin ? Why should they even use ripple

Let's talk honestly, very much lately information that Ripple is accepted by banks, but now when the market falls and we see these falls with you, news with other headlines appears, how do you think it looks like?

I don't really like Ripple atall but obviously Western Union is going to say similar about any crypto, it's a new competitor for them.

Western Union is a trash. The company with the support of US empire was enjoying a cartelling of different products and services around the world.
Now with blockchain technology on rise they are afraid and frustrated. With less support and tougher competition, they'll soon go out of business.

Ripple had a big hype around it and after that we saw that this is shit coin.. I think this coin is a dissapointment of investors.:(

Banks might be in love with XRP technology but to be honest they have no use of the XRP coins itself. The XRP is important for investors but it looks like it is failed project when it comes to the crypto investors. Banks will be just interested in the XRP tech and their features which they are giving to the banks so that they can benefit. For this they may invest in it but does XRP will circulate those funds in the crypto space because its centralised and its completely in their hands. Im not sure XRP is doing great they are really trash.

I prefer Ripple of course. you can see the transaction speed and fee.

when u use Western Union, u can withdraw/arrive at your bank more than 1 days.

and the fee is exteremly high.

Lol. What else can they say? I have long been not using the services of Western Union. They require a lot of formalities and the tariff policy of this company is insane. XRP is much cheaper and more convenient. Western Union statements are an attempt to defame a competitor and nothing more. I think that time of such companies irrevocably leaves.

Ripple is not still in its best potential we all know that, japan and korea is willing to support it maybe we will see the real results after a year or more. But now we cant just conclude things.

The management want ripple become useful and the company's continue to work out for the future of ripple using blockchain.

From the effort and giving time of the ripple managemnt and working hard of their team not possible to convince banks and others financial industry to adopt ripple in their company.

I alao not a ripple supporter but if the team gives strong support to achieve goals for the company their nothing impossible to got the dream of success.

People will soon know Western Union as the company that used to give telegraph services in the 19th century.
The company is still not advanced from it's golden days back in 19th century and they don't see anything coming in 21st century.

well what i see is that in this stage Ripple is not good enough. but they can grow and can do better..

Western Union conducted trials using XRP and they have made 10 transactions for the trial, as we know, Ripple service that uses XRP in transactions is the cheapest service from them but why they say that they didn't see any real efficiency during their trials?
and I was surprised by the response from Asheesh Birla (the SVP of Product at Ripple)
looks like he admits that small-scale XRP transaction is not efficient, I'm really surprised that the cheapest service from Ripple is only efficient on a large scale

Western Union can't condemn ripple totally, there is time and chance left for ripple to improve their services, with time ripple will achieve perfect platform which is going to be used by many finance firms.

Western Union are fools who are afraid of competition. Ripple can become the only verified cross-border payment system.
Ripple will grow 10 times by 2020 and this is not the limit

I for one don't think ripple is trash but that does not change the fact that the team behind ripple can try to do much better with their coin, if they do not find a better  and more efficient way for ripple to be used then the coin will die out. I personally have some stakes in ripple so I would like to see some improvements

Hi, everybody. In my opinion, ripple and Western Union are competitors in this industry. So I think that the price that went up only confirms that the ripple will continue to be in the top 5. Here you can see all the power of the blockchain without embellishment-when the value of the technology is much more than the value of the digital coin itself. Still, I think we can not exclude the possibility of returning the price from the peak values.

They are simply afraid of competition. Ripple can easily take away half of the clients, if not more.

As if they are trash, ripple is one of the best investment that you should not underestimate which is many people become successful through their excellence and from that they prove their legacy.

Why they say ripple is a trash when in fact this is one of the best altcoin to invest and you shouldn’t underestimate it. Well if western union doesn’t like ripple, then it means they are competitors in the industry
