what's you choice for a good ICO project to invest?
 heard of the Spotcoin ICO?
Minimum of $1000 investment, is it A scam?

Whew, that's a huge minimum investment for an ICO. Well that's a red flag for me. I suggest to research and investigate more about that project or else you'll be kissing your money goodbye. Try researching about other hot ICO's right now like ETheal, menlo.one, or Elysian.

We can not judge an ICO only from the minimum investment, You already use signature from Spotcoin ICO but why do you still doubt that ICO is a scam or not? you should have considered the project before supporting it! cancel your intention to invest if you still doubt this ICO

Most of the time, I will judge this project according to some ICO evaluation websites.

Maybe it's because I'm more cautious. I suggest you don't go to participate in ICO. You don't need to take such a big risk to make money. There are many ways to make money. You can choose platform currency.

First, you need to refer to some objective measurement websites, such as ICODROPS,
Second, you need to check if the project is hot.
Third, you need to pay attention to whether the project is open source.

I suggest that you currently don't invest in ICO, because most of the ICO project has been below the issue price, so if you want to invest in ICO, then you can directly from the exchange to buy cheap ICO tokens.

Actually, it really sounds like a scam. For example, when I decided to invest in Cryptics, their minimum sum for participation was 0,1 ETH. That time it was 65$ or so. And this 1000$ sound at least strange.

I don't think they are scam. A lot of people believe they might be scam because of their minimum investment of $1000. Take some time to check the profile of their development team and also read expert review on YouTube and ico blogs you will conclude by your self if it's a scam or legit.

I am looking at rates of www.icoguide.com, that is the only platform which I trust more or less. If project is not listed there than it is more problematic.

I think this service would be quite useful to anyone more or less interested in cryptocurrencies, especially for those who trade (or plan to trade) and need a quick info on crypto market to make fast transactions.

ist have a big risk, i just wanna invest my money to ETH and BTC.

This was obviously true if the more shilling accounts have created to shilling spotcoin. There is a lot of similar project like spotcoin. It doesn't even listed on the icodrop and that's a coin that offering dividend.

Maybe you are talking about the presale. Because the main sale minimum investment won't be that much. And, Spotcoin ICO isn't live yet.
As I know that spotcoin is not a scam, it is a very good and stable project. Even I can suggest you invest there. You should research the team, products, whitepaper and others reviews before calling scam  ;)

Just put your money in a promising promising project. I have a tip, nowadays ico suffering a dumping of the price when they enter on first exchange. If you want to get a cheap coins, just wait when the price falling down. I will suggest an ICO, QuickX Protocol, Roomdao, and Vreo.
