If it does, it would be the largest and most talked about token ever. The secrete private sell supposedly confirmed the token to be used in the app within 2019.

Gram I think was already done. I have heard about it long time ago. Its ton that I haven't heard of, Most of the ICO isn't open to public are the ones going to rise up and most probably will just surprise us all that there are some tokens listed on coinmarketcap that we haven't heard of like the MAKER.

Look for ICO Sparkster - Ian Balina's favourite, they have MVP, hype and good potential to x3-x5 ROI after ICO.

The next best altcoins for this year is the likes of ethereum and neo. There is also the likes of litecoin and monero which has a lot of investors in the coin and with time there will be more

ETH is no doubt. The platform had prove itself to be one of the greatest in this era which is why most of the ICO today is using it. There were lots of these new tokens using ETH platform that ETH is very much required in making transactions and its the reason why the price fly high.  NEO and EOS is an alternative and there is chance of these two to also moon.

It being the largest and most talked about token (and probably indirectly token sale?), is that really a good sign?
sure, the Telegram team would get lots of money but since everyone were able to get tokens early on, it'd not be very good growth early on I think.

Ziliqa and Quark actually getting good hype these days. Its getting mentioned on many threads and forums lately and I think its really something about it which is pushing hard. They are relatively cheap so as an investor it wont be hard to buy some of these coins and hold until the year end. Basically year end is blissful for every coin on the planet as there comes the invited hike from all the investors. In that also if the prices are such high then we can surly think about it investing and expecting at least 2-3x profit out of it. Lets hope your research does work here.

I agree that Ziliqa  this is quite promising and is capable of making x5 before the end of the year. But there is also lisk and waves and even nano.

I am having some other coins on my mind but I will do check these out as we proceed to year end it becomes really interesting to see different altcoins plunging upwards and making their break throughs. If many people are agreeing to the fact that Ziliqa is next big thing then surely it will be as these things really matters when it comes to public voting. Always love to hear from buzz whats going on in the market and whose the new king will be.  :)

Yes it is indeed perfect investment. I am not sure if Ziliqa and Quark chain is something out of the box. And when we have such coins like ETH, EOS, NEO and with running high quality platforms then im sure we dont need to search for another investment at all. I know every investors has their own perspective of looking at this and they will always keep searching for the new investment opportunity to get started newly. But when we have coins like these platforms I mentioned above we can be relaxed with our investments.

ethereum will surely be the best altcoin for this year, but on the other hand there are other types of altcoin like neo and monero which are favored by investors so its value always gives surprise and many people feel the benefits especially for those who do trade on these two types of altcoin

Thanks for you suggestion. Your statement is saying its positive impact. Since market is bearish, it might take time to rise, but i hope it will rise soon. And reading your post, look over the recommended ones and thought it would be better.

In the running market dip, some fresh altcoin would be a good place for investment. But super incentive research is required for the final call. Once a mistake is made with the newer one, it will be hard to recover. But surely can do so. I also found these new good at my short overview. But your investment, so you have to research ownself.

   It`t too early to say which alt-coins will be the best from the best in this year, we will need
to wait and see that. Each of us have some favorite alt-coins and tokens, I see many good
suggestions in this thread.
   In alt-coins I believe I invest some money. I think it`s better to have more investments and
to wait one of them to be the best than to invest in just one. It`s the matter of individual
choice, in the end of the year we will see who was right and who had best strategy.

Ziliqa looks quite promising to me. And I think ethereum will take a new turn as well. Let's see how it will go. Maybe some new coins will gonna appear at the market, better to track it.

I think you can invest in bitcoin and eth, because now bitcoin and eth are also cheap, so you can survive for some time with high price, you will get more profit in the future.

I would say that a good token is MTC Docademic, they have a very good idea, working product and has a huge potential this year mostly. I advice also to do your own research in to this coin.

Thanks for coming up with this. But what is the yardstick of your conclusion about the coins? It is too early to give that to any coin now where are still many token projects with trust score "A" in the ICO. Most of those will be out soon and they can even impress you more than those two.

Yes, I totally agree with you. Ethereum remains the best altcoin for now, and I am optimistic that ethereum will thrive as many projects move in it. EOS and NEO are also a well-developed altcoin and many predict about future growth, so both altcoins are worth holding. Crypto market conditions are very weak, as holders of course very hope to soon re-see the market with a green sea.

The next big coin to hold till the year end could be IOST, this coin definitely has still big room to grow this year.The coin has badly hit in the recent dip in the market but I don't blame the coin for that as nearly every possible good coin is trading very low even Bitcoin then this coin could be no exemption from such treatment but you should grab this opportunity as you may never see such downfall in the coin ever again.

Ambrosus is gonna explode before the end of the year. Just a few of the things they have going for them:

- tiered masternodes with payout tied to USD
- coin burn
- massive partnerships under NDA (Migros, GSK, Tuv Sud, Nestle, Givaudan etc...)
- main net launch in July, public launch in September

That's just a few of the reasons I could see it mooning. Once amb-net is live I could quickly see it getting close to Ven's marketcap.

I have never heard about these two. I don't think they would ever be that big of a success, I maybe wrong. But my gut is always right. For altcoins to be , you know , the best, they would have beat good altcoins like Eth, ripple, litecoin, monero and a few other top tier alts. These two aren't wise choices. But do your own due diligence is all I can say for you or anyone else who doesn't know much about trading.

IMO, Zirra and Quark Chain are two potential altcoins on the market at the moment, people can fully invest in these 2 altcoins to make a profit when the exchange rate increases. But I still believe that ETH is the most potent and suitable for people with long-term investment needs.

i think Ripple is a excellent coin and it will be the beat coin at the end of the year.It has excellent potential and it proved itself.The investors are taking lot of interest in Ripple so it will a huge succeed.

in my opinion, the best altcoin in 2018 is DOGE, because the price of DOGE is high compared to other altcoin prices and when the price of altcoin drops the price of DOGE increases.

Do not see how famous altcoins are because when the most prices that give the most price increases are good.
Lots of Low Price coins on IDEX and then listing on Exchnage is good and able to increase the price.

This year a lot of progress from the coins that are triggered by the presence of a pretty tight competition. This affects the price of coins are present to restore the development. like that of the IOTA this year many developments made IOTA so to be able to count on.

I am only investing in the top ten coins for the long term since they are the coins that I can be sure have the most potential of doing well in the long run but that does not mean that I do not believe that there are coins and new coins out there which will not do well, I do think that if you have done research into the coins and believe it is good then you should always invest in it

Not agreed with you. ETH is the best altcoin now. The biggest chance of having a good output. ETH is pretty lower than its ATH. Buying now will give you the maximum probability of having maximun profit while the risk is lower.
