WSP will be a Proof of Stake coin (PoS 3.0 to be exact). This means that the circulating supply will increase with a fixed percentage every year. These payouts will be distributed to everyone that holds WSP and has a node (wallet) or a masternode online. The main advantages of PoS against PoW (Proof of Work) are:
• Nodes are incentivized to stay online due to constant staking
• Energy efficiency (most PoW mining algorithms are resource heavy)
• Earning potential to all holders - up to 25% when staking in an open wallet.

Now PoS only?

When we launched, 25 million WSP was pre-mined (hence the PoW phase) and distributed during a swap we offered to our community. As soon as the 25 million had been mined, PoS was enabled and our network went live.

I think that the whole idea is very banal today. And as a potential investor, I am more interested in projects where the idea may not yet be invented by society. I have already seen similar projects, and I believe that the project needs to work hard, otherwise the competition in the market can not be overcome.

Wispr is worth investing in and deserves more love and attention than it has gotten so far.

Lets get this coin to the masses and ride that incoming bullwave to new heights.

I don't think we will ever know what happened to wsp and other coins prehack. Wsp was definitely not the only one affected by the paused market and wallet issues.

The team is getting ready to start beta testing 0.4 and they are also working on the messaging app as well as a mobile wallet.
