- the first (and only) Nordic Gold cryptocoin - We sold 90 Delos sets the beginning of this year, thanks to everyone and I hope you're enjoying them. We learnt a lot and we are currently working on a higher-tier silver coin. Meanwhile, all these auctions got me hooked and I thought it would be nice to check this processes as well. So this auction is for 2 Delos sets from my personal collection and I won't be doing another one for this model. Hopefully people who missed the Feb sale will see it :) Delos coin backstory I always loved the iconic design of the popular 3D render and always wanted to spread around something physical about Bitcoin to friends and strangers for awareness and fun. I also wanted to have the option to embed priv keys for more "fun" and a more fashionable cold storage. So the Delos coin was born, the process was fun and along with a friend ThalesMint was born with more plans for the future. Delos coin set Each set includes 5 coins, 5 Lighthouse coin capsules and Nor the sets, nor the coins are numbered. Delos - the coin Obviously based on the popular design with some alterations due to constraints of the creation processes and the size. The coin has 26mm(~1.02 in.) diameter and 2.25mm(~0.09 in.) thickness. The metal is Nordic Gold (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Gold) (not actual gold, it's just a brand name) - it's actually a copper alloy - same used with the Euro coins. The alloy's composition is 89% copper, 5% aluminium, 5% zinc, and 1% tin.
