There will be no way to recover any coins sent to them and no response from any support email addresses such as 'support [ a t ] coincure [ p e r i o d ] n e t' We foolishly didn't do much research, read some fake reviews and used them because it looked ok. From now on we will only use 'cryptocompare [ p e r i o d ] c o m' to find trusted wallets Please spread the word! Not trying to be rude and I'm sorry for your loss but this is not a matter of whether the service is reputable or not and regardless of the reviews you found on the internet (I only found bad ones), you shouldn't a trust a service with your identity where they don't even give you control over your private keys. A combination of your desktop wallet (connected through Tor), ChipMixer and a VPN should be more then sufficient to hide your identity.
