You can't.

Contact the support of the website and maybe they will be able to help you.

Yeah if he don't have the key/seed, sadly there's no way.  :-[

If you have your QR code, you can recover with your original account.
If you don't have QR code, then I am not sure if anyone can help you, you can try to
contact account support.

This solution is only if you can find your QR code:

Following the steps below:

Step 1: Install Google Authenticator on your new phone
On your new phone, download and install the Google Authenticator app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Step 2: Change your 2-Step Verification settings
On your computer, sign in to your personal Google Account. If you're asked for a verification code, you can use a backup code.
In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your name or your photo, then click My Account.
Click Sign-in & security.
In "Password & sign-in method," click 2-Step Verification.
Enter your password. You might be asked for your verification code.
Make sure your backup numbers are still correct.
Under "Authenticator app" click Change phone.
Select the type of phone that will have the Authenticator.
You'll see a screen with a barcode and a space to enter a verification code. Stay on this screen.
Step 3: Complete the transition
Open Google Authenticator on your new phone.
Tap Begin.
Tap Scan a barcode.
Scan the barcode on your computer screen with your phone. If you can't scan it, tap Can't scan it and follow the instructions on the screen.
You will now see a verification code on Authenticator on your new phone. Enter the code in your browser and click on Verify and Save.

Yeah, I made this mistake once - switched phones and mistakenly thought it would back up like all other Google apps. Didn't realize that wasn't the case before I wiped the old phone. I had a hard time with Bittrex support getting my account unlocked - I had to provide information about recent transactions and the like.

As other's have said, though, there's not a way around it without the QR or backup code. Hopefully the support team for whatever account you're locked out of will be helpful. Best of luck.

Your previous instructions are very helpful and should be followed. I would like to offer you one more option: save a copy. You can capture the screen and save it to googledriver. The best I ever did was print it on paper and store it in the safe :). Safety must be top priority. good luck.

The only way you can recover if you don't have a backup secret key is to contact the support but some of the websites required a KYC to prove that you own that account and hope next time you need to save all of your keys in notepad or in the piece of paper so that you can recover it in the future.

This is a very bad situation. I think that no one will help you. I hope you didn't lose a lot of money because of this accident.

I don't understand how is it possible to remove the Google authenticator. It's like burning your passport. Only the passport can be restored and the Authenticator can not.

next time use 2authy it's better, it automatically backups/saves websites QR code keys. it saves the information thru cloud so even if wipe your phone or even lost the phone its saved. just use same phone number it will automatically synchronize to the phone. if you lost your phone and sim you can easily contact their support team easily.
