You already committed a mistake when you bought coins during bearish times. When I see majority of the coins are in Red, I don't buy anything and I don't sell anything. I'll just start trading when the coast is clear. However when I see 60% are in Red and the remaining coins are in Green I'll start buying but I'll check which one is the biggest loser of them all, I'll list down at least the bottom five and check which one is the lowest volume, check price history for the past 7 days, then use tools like RSI and Parabolic SAR then I'll decide which one to buy. It's just me, its still up to you on what to do with your money.

I think you are not a active member in this forum because still bearish market is continue to dip so your not gain in current situation. My suggestion is you should hold for long term you will earn more profit and if you sell in end of the year you make profit. But day by day you are confused in your investment you will loose your hope then finally you will loose the investment.

Better to hold all your crypto currencies for longer term until the prices go up.I don't find any reason you have to sell now so be patient one day the prices will go up hopefully or if you want to start trading with your coins then you can increase your crypto currency amount but it is still riskier if you are new to the crypto world.Or invest that amount into some passive earnings like lending then your investment will be safe and you can get more of your coins while the mean time.

HODL. Holding is the one option you have now to get out from loss. Now the price is expected to raise to 7000$ by tomorrow. If you had brought below 7000$,you can sell now. Orelse just hold your valuable bitcoin.Actually the new traders not analysis the market past and now.And sell due to panic. They must stop to sell at panic situations.

Nothing.
Did you just guess what coin you bought?
If that is the case then I think you will have a lot of problems. But if not, then you might have some chance.
Give us some details.

Is it just a token of a recently finished ICO or is it from the old coins that are out there?
Anyway, you will just have to wait and if you are following them in social media then better take a look at it.

In this sphere everyone has his own strategy. We need to study the graphics very well. Try to watch video training on the charts. I like that I found such a video on YouTube.

Well it depends upon what you brought in the first place.
If it's Bitcoins, litecoin or etherum then I would say hold on.
If its some other coin with no means of getting up again then I do think that you should wait for the right time and sell them.
The altcoins have no future ( most of them ) and they just keep on accumulating thus I do think that's it's best to buy the ones acceptable all over the world and then hold , holding something you know nothing if it's safe or not or if it's gonna make a big Mark or not is too risky.

Think again if you think you cam afford to lose that then so be it who knows it might make you rich but probably also lose all that into a shitcoin by the way since your talking about your coin mind if you share what it is? Who knows it mught help you.

If you already loss more than 50% the best thing to do is just hold it and use that your coin for long term investment.  Forget about that your coin in 1 years . In the long term many predict the market cap of crypto possible to go $20 trillion and when that happen all price of crypto will going by multiple times.

Leave the market until the price comes up again is the right option. I only suggest you to learn technical analysis using long term period because if you use short/ medium you'll not have enough time to see market. Everything have solution, just ask and try it with your style. Trust no one, follow your strategy and good luck to you.

Trading is not an easy job, especialy in this bearish situation, maybe you are  right of buying and collecting more kinds of crypto coins, but doing an investment trading as of now is not much more  profitable ,even you still monitor the price value  in the coin market cap and follow the fundamental analysis, because at this momentum markets is still in dump situation and all crypto coins is in red zone, thats why for us now its better you must hold all your investing crypto coins  and wait the bullish moment coming this remaining months of this year.

Trading is a big risk. If you are not careful and spend a lot of time on the transaction to be able to promptly stop loss, you can lose a lot. The market is adjusting very strongly

actually buying alt coin in bearish is a good idea, but i suggest mate to put efforts studying the pattern of coin before jumping into it for the sake of your money.  'cause that's the common problem here in crypto market especially beginners .which is always buying without specific information about the coin if it has a potential to hold in different manner.  So must gain more information first by doing technical analysis if you don't want to happen it again . 'cause that is the most important when it comes buying cheap coins in the market.

You can buy altcoins at low prices as the altcoins are now low.I think you need to buy and hold altcoins Because I can not afford to trade in time now that you just need to hold and make sure you buy the low price.

Yeah, that was a real blunder he really committed as picking the reds rather than waiting for the trend to change is a big mistake.

The market should always be some few steps ahead as that is the easiest way to make any trade so as to stay safe and see how patterns eventually unfold, but the idea where some people feel they can just buy low and sell high is what makes them buy low and then the market moving way lower. RSI and Parabolic SAR may even be too much for him, studying divergence on MACD is enough to start with.

Maybe waiting for the market to weaken again becomes a powerful way for traders to continue to have a great opportunity in gaining a profit because they simply hold the asset in a few months and remain optimistic that in the future will experience success.

Most people have actually been there and personally it took me some months to be able to form a strategy with long term style of trading as a result of the volatility of the market.

Technical analysis is not something that can be discarded and no matter how busy the OP may be, he will have to take some time to fashion out how he is going to be learning that, otherwise, he would just have to stick with holding and there is no two ways about that. Learning trend following patterns for long term traders will really be helpful.

For someone with such a limited time to trade and monitor the situation of things, the best is to just hold and come back later on or based on the news in the market to check his trade.

Secondly, irrespective of the time frame, there is no way anyone can do well in trading without at least some knowledge of technical analysis. This is the only way one can make quality decision and is able to get the best of the market; otherwise, people like the OP will keep buying at the top thinking it is the dip.

We are suffering with unstable market as of now, so even how hard we tried to deeply research we are still ending up seeing that the coin we supported still losing value, the best thing is we are still hoping that it will bounce back, as long as we are not placing our entry with the current bullish trend the chance of coping up with loses is not far just need some time of waiting and things will be green again.

Don't do anything, wait until you gain profit. Now, may I know what coin is that because if its BTC or ETH for sure its worth holding for, also don't expect to have good profit in short term investing especially if its a bear market. Invest for at least three months of holding, don't rush and take it easy everything will be fine again.

buy more or increase your position to lower down your entry price. This strategy is also know as price averaging. But if you dont have enough funds and you think that market will still go lower and lower then it is much better to sell your position and buy again at the bottom or the price creates price reversal

If you don't have time to study bitcoin or others cryptocurrencies I will advise you to trading the market with someone  doing the analysis for you.  Many software are out there and you can also trade with sites and platforms that makes few minutes of market analysis easy for you. Sites like simplefx and 1FOX makes cryptocurrencies and bitcoin trading analysis for speculators and using them will give you and advantage.

lesson learned pal.  I suggest next time put more time to make technical analysis before buying coin 'cause it is a big help for you to easily determine which coin is good to hold and it's useful 'cause you can build your own strategy as well on it to prevent some issue.  so don't so lazy must ensure first  .

Since you do not have the time to trade, do not ever make the mistake of just trying to catch the dip as that would be more like catching a falling knife.

It is always best to wait it out and see how the market develops back into an uptrend before even thinking of getting into it. At least, stick with daily time frame, make use of MACD crossovers with divergence and see where that leads you, but do not ever trade without at least having some great level of knowledge to do so.

If the price is still in a less promising condition stop in investing including appropriate measures to avoid the occurrence of losses because if a trader still insists on continuing investments it is likely that panic will continue to emerge and make them more difficult to earn profits.

We dont know exactly which price will be become the deepest of altcoin, but if you bought in the bottom and the price keep down, no other way just patient wait for next bull run. Because when you bought in the bottom , the price has bigger posibility to going up and bull run because the price on oversold and will be more buyer come in to the market.

If you are at very starting and have no money ( not enough money ) in your pocket then it will be better for you to wait for the incoming time  when market of that coin get up .
And if you have more money then you can invest at dump and can make more profit easily with small up in the price .
And if you cannot do these both the trick , then my suggestion for you is that find out the most dumped and less dumped coin in your invested coin and then sell the less dumped coin and invest in more dumped coin , this trick will 100% give the changes to make sudden profit in small time by 20-30% easily .
And also here another option is available for you is that stop loss , by selling your assets for the USD and buy again when the coin start increase of the price .

Hey traders, the rice of Bitcoin has reduced a little now and buys some coins I order to sell in the upcoming days to get profit. We can also buy other coins which are favorable for short term and can make small profits which will make total of huge profit at the end by performing trade several times. Now buy the Bitcoin if you want to proceed for long term trading and you will get huge profit.

A good suggestion dude!! A good trader always have a plan before buying or selling altcoin, again bitcoin price are starting to falling down so most altcoin will next to dump, buying  during this dump are good decision especially if you are longterm trader but not good for daytrader it can cause to lose.

Trading without good knowledge is the riskiest way of working with cryptocurrencies. Now you haven't many choices, you are in fact forced to wait until the prices of these coins increase a bit so you can sell them without losing, but it will take time most likely.

There are many traders who would advise you to always use stop loss to avoid being dug in too deep a loss. And it's a sound idea also. But if you're already in then basically it's either you gather huge amounts of patience for holding a longer time or accept your losses

Im working long hours everyday and dont have the time to study technical analysis..so what I did is I bought coins during bearish time .but when I check them back the value goes even dipper..what should be the best thing to do..apply a cutloss strategy or just leave them until the market goes bearish again?

Yep, you should cut your losses quickly and don't hold those coins that are dying. You shouldn't always hold those coins because you may never know if they are going to go back up again.

It is really risky if you are entering in trading that don't have knowledge because there's a big possibility that your money will loss. Hold is better than selling but if you are afraid there's a choices and you may cut the loss.

Now it is for you to keep holding if you don't want to sell in loss. If this is good coin you bought, it will get back up in price and you can then sell. If the price is still in a less promising condition stop in investing including appropriate measures to avoid the occurrence of losses because if a trader still insists on continuing investments it is likely that panic will continue to emerge and make them more difficult to earn profits.
After reading your comment I just make an assumption is that never ever be a part of that panic selling. That is tough time, we can understand when you have put your hard money in the field and prices start losing down. You must be reacting different, that is natural. No trader is silly enough to sell right now, price now a day is not sold worthy so people are holding they are not going to sell at any cost, I think we should also help people to understand the holding benefits specially to the traders as this way they will be able to earn more profit than any other investment, panic selling can cause a lot of problems for us, to have high rise in price.

You already said you have long working hours, and that simply shows to be able to cut any loss, you will need proper monitoring of the market and that could work only if you have an app where you can set an alarm to know when you should be getting out, but without technical analysis knowledge, how on earth do you want to know exactly where you should be stopping loss? Best in your case is to wait for the dip, buy and hold irrespective.

However, if you really want to go the normal trading way, I feel you are doing it wrongly by catching falling knives, and if you can find a little time to at least wait for the dip or know how to use some indicators to detect accumulation period with divergence, for long term, it would really be of help. Otherwise, take note of support and try to always wait for a retest and price action before making any move.

There is no other way than hold, if you do not want to lose. It does not depend on what coin you have, all cryptocurrency products are experiencing a drastic decline recently. Almost all altcoin and bitcoin have decreased by a few percent. Cut lost is not the last way to save your money, but patience and belief in cryptocurrency will make you lucky.

Studying technical analysis doesnt really require too much time yet those things are definitely can be found by just simply google search. If you believe on buying on the dip but the price gets deeper then you dont have any choice but to hold up and dont risk to panic sell. Price will eventually recover on a particular time but if you do always mind that thing you are just stressing yourself out.

You shouldn't really always rely your trades on those technical analysis. Buying during bearish market is not a good idea since we don't know when will it hit the support level or what is the support level, so the tendency is if you bought during the bearish market, you will also lose your trade and your money will get stuck and if you will sell then you will not gain anything and lose some of your investment. A good move is to just hold what you have or sell if you think a bear market will happen, then just invest again if the market is starting to recover or if it hits the support level.

stop to throw away the money you probably invested from your hard work, for now it's better HOLD coin you buy to the most profit level. it is difficult to analyze whether the market will remain bearish or bullish. even if we rely on technical analysis it remains undetectable

Cutloss as early as possible and learn from it. If you don't have time make one as money is involved with this unless it's not something of value to you. If you really want something there's always a reason to find time to do some research for it.

If you are confidant with you choice of coins , considering they are solid projects , you should just hold for now as the general sentiment of the market is berish right now . Every thing is dumping as BTC dumps more. However the recovery is near and hopefully you didn't panic sell at loss. It's not worth it to sell right now. But at the end it's your call.

Traders are active these days and are thinking to buy coins at this time because Bitcoin is available in the market of low price and this will benefit them t buy at low price and carry on this for long term. The value today is 5.8k dollar which is a very low price as compared to the average price of Bitcoin.

They can also start for short term trading if they are not in apposition to proceed for long term then they have to start trading with Altcoin or Litecoin.

Trading in these situations may easy and may not easy because situations are 50, 50 and we can lose and make money depending upon the market fluctuating value. But this is valid for a person trading for short term and not for long term. However for long term treading is always safe if you are doing with a responsive currency like the Bitcoin or Ethereum, these are favorable for long term.

I suggest you to hold them. because it is too late.if this time were near ending bearish market then you should sell them and re buying. But this is too late if you sell your coin now you will loss all money about 80% from buying price. So hold is the way that can give you a hope.Or you can trade these coin and can increase your holding.

According to the rules of technical analysis, you can not buy anything during a bearish trend. Remember that you need to wait until the trend changes and then start buying. Now you have nothing left, except how to keep and not sell the crypto currency.

Question. Why would you cut loss if you are seeing a red market? You already made an analysis by seeing a bearish market and try to take advantage of it.
Now it goes even deeper. That doesn't mean it will stay that way.
Bitcoin, Ethereum and most of the coins that are being traded have the same market now. We are all down.

Don't sell, you will just ruin the decision that you have made already. Try to create another capital. Use it to take advantage of the market again.

cutloss strategy when you lossing more than 20% but in this current time anything is possible, so the best way is to wait and get some news or forget about your investment for months then comeback. Selling at lose is like giving away free money.

a big mistake if you try to sell your coins all right now because in fact the market is still very far from the expectations as long as you buy your coins until now you never monitor the price and in fact when the price goes up and down when you come back like silence on the spot better you just save the coin there as long as you do not need it because the market is now in a red state is not a good thing to sell it and if there is a chance you continue to monitor the price and try to sell when the price is under your purchase price at the time..,.

Here you have already done tons of mistake which I think is not good for you and your capital investment, like taking entry without proper reason for the trade, second like investing without any prior calculations and without any proper money management. Now you have two things to be done if you can afford that money to lose then you can leave it as it and close the trade when the price comes at least to break even or in profit and otherwise you can close the trade and book the loss and take another trade.

it may be more appropriate that you have to spend time after work or when you are off work to learn to know from coinmarketcap.com, where you can see the lowest price of the time for an Altcoins.

when you buy Altcoins and are busy with your work, you can buy Altcoins for the ICO Altcoins launch, or when listing in exchange. and all of it can be checked on coinmarketcap.com .

Probably right, but the hard thing to do is to study which coins has the potential to grow in the future. With thousands of altcoin, it makes it more difficult to choose which is the best to invest. This is the works of the traders, analyzing the movement of altcoin and also finding those coins that can be called a newly potential coin.

For me, bearish time or lets say market correction is the perfect time for me to buy long term coins. I don't often trade when there is market correction but instead, I'm accumulating more so that when it goes deeper, I have no regret since I am holding it for the long term. I don't think you need to apply a cutloss strategy unless you already set one. Better to do hold some it when you are trading.

Change your "dipper" into "deeper" because the 2 words have very different meanings.

I think you should sell them immediately before the market goes down. Because the Cryptocurrency market is always unstable and it has a very strange cycle. When the market goes up for 2 days it will fall for 3 days. That is the cycle I usually see most and I think you should take profit before things get worse.

When it comes to trading, studying the potential of a coin is not a challenge since you can easily limit yourself to the coins or tokens with the highest market cap if you want to play safe. What is most important is your knowledge regarding how to trade, by going about technical analysis to be able to make good decision in the market. Without this, there is absolutely no way to get the best from trading no matter how hard anyone tries to get potential coins.

Title: Re: Hello traders

The answer will depend on what kind of coins you bought.
If the coins are from the top 20, then most likely everything will be fine and after a while, when the market again becomes bullish, their price will again increase and after a time will update its highs.
If we are talking about coins from the top 100, then there is also a high probability that they will recover in value.
But if the purchase was rash and little-known coins were bought with a vague future, then the situation is tense. The future of these coins will depend on what they are and how interesting the idea is to people.

But if you really need the money, you can maybe cut your losses on some coins to keep you afloat while waiting for the price to rise. Having experienced selling at a loss then suddenly bull trend happens, it's kind of crushing.

what should be the best thing to do..apply a cutloss strategy or just leave them until the market goes bearish again?

If you are holding a great coin with great roadmap, than hold those coins for a long run. if not just sell them (cut loss strategy). every time I would like to buy good coin that already running a product in the marketplace. never invest some shit ico/coin.

Hi fellow trader! Based on my experienced, I suggest that you just HODL it out until the market price goes bullish again rather than using cutloss method which is way more complicated but the percentage of having profit is not really sure enough. As you check on the comments on your posts, you can see that our fellow traders also suggest to just HODL it out and be patient enough to wait for the right timing.

Im working long hours everyday and dont have the time to study technical analysis..so what I did is I bought coins during bearish time .but when I check them back the value goes even dipper..what should be the best thing to do..apply a cutloss strategy or just leave them until the market goes bearish again?
will it depends first on what coins you bought if this can stand and survive and bearish for longer time if it is in top 10 of coinmarketcap then its a good coins to invest for long term as market is more bearish now better to buu more for average down and hold for long term. but if your coins are not commonly known or popular netter to sold and move on to s much better coins with solid fundamentals
Trading is always fine in every situations but low market trading is more important because the low value of currency is affordable and achievable for a common person. In this time people with low savings can also invest here without any hurdle so this is a better market for trading and you can start now which will benefit you. In this low market Bitcoin is available on low price so this is a great opportunity for all of us.

Is hard to know which price will be become bottomed price of crypto, because price of crypto possible going down to more than 80% , but if you purpose to make investment by long term just take relax and forget that your investment in a few month. I believe bearish ended then the market will bull run again. Patient is key to get success in crypto investment.

yes, it is very difficult for us to be able to analyze crypto for the very right price for us to buy, indeed to buy crypto now we have to invest long term and forget the investment for few months only, so we have to stay calm with market condition when this is very difficult for us to be able to predict the price properly.

The best thing is just to hold your coins and wait for the market price to grow even more before selling, investing and selling at the right time will make you earn more profit.

Just leave them wait to pump equal to the price you haave bought. Selling after that make you loss some percent  of investment. Hold a bit, dont worry i guess it will not take so long to get back on that price. Market is currently on good situation. Theres a tendency the bull market nearly come up.

It is best to keep it and hope for the price to rise again. In trading, you take the risk to invest will bring you not only the opportunity to earn a profit but also give you experience trading. In the moment, you can still invest in some other coin if you have a thorough analysis.

Look at coin market cap for daily volume in dollars for all sites. On the trading platform you will see it through the color of the volume bars if there was more sell side or buy side pressure at the close of any interval. Thats why you should look at volume on multiple intervals.

actually the decision is full in your hands because it is something that will affect your money, but here I will only say if I become you I will hold it until the price is right again or until I have no loss.

Your method was correct but the current time for the crypto currencies is not good at all. There is nothing wrong with whatever steps you followed, you know buying the crypto at bearish trend and then waiting for them to recover themselves from it. I think it is perfect one but its not the right time for crypto and they are very hard on getting recovered from the current bearish trend. They are going even down below and that is true but do know that whenever crypto go down they come up with even more velocity and intensity and thus can profit you hugely.  ;)

To avoid the frustrations due to market volatility and unexpected news, becoming a long term trader is the only viable solution. I learned this from my own experience. We all invest and trade with cryptos by accepting the risks involved with that. We must understand that life in itself is encompassed with a lot of risk and risk takers are usually the ones that always end up coming out on top most of the time which is one of the reasons why we have few rich people in the world.

As long as you can equip yourself with good knowledge of the risky environment you want to set yourself into, it would become easy to take risk and be able to thrive well in such environments without flopping badly. Taking risk is a pretty good thing if you can handle it.
