The best place for sports betting that I have found is Nitrogensports. They accept BTC and LTC deposits and have plenty of action to play. Link is in my signature. But if you're looking for something that is strictly on the blockchain, let.bet has sports betting on the blockchain. They're slowly adding new features all of the time, but even right now you can bet on the world cup.
