Hi I want to hear your opinion about this. What do you guys think about investing in a project by buying their token or by participating in their bounty program. Which one do you think pays more?

One thing does not interfere with another. Many actively invest and participate in the bounty. Now it's hard to say whether the investment will make a profit, but making a bounty you will not lose anything except time.

You can do both things if youd want too. Being a bounty participant and at the same time you are investing into their token. As long you do have the money to invest on then theres no one would able to stop you on which project you shoud put your funds. The great thing on here is that you market or advertise them at the same time helping to their success because you do know you have investment on here but this would really needs confirmation if you do see the project is worthy.

Both are good ways to make investment. But if you don't have time and you avoid effort, than buying tokens suits you the most.

Yeah, why not do both? Both are profitable as long as you have invested to right ICO.

If you have money buy tokens in ICO .You can make min 10x profit on listing
Most bounty tokens are distributed atleast after a month or two and  by the time the token price will be sttled/dumped and you need to wait for much long to see profits
In worst cases some scammy bounties will never send any tokens

I think it was good to buy tokens or invest in projects before January,2018. Nowadays, it has changed a lot. It is so difficult to make money. Now, maybe it is better to participate in bounties so you don't loose anything out of your pocket.

If youndo have enough profit invest tokens yet it will take you money at risk. If you do bounty you dont need to spent money from your pocket you just need to perform all the task. It is all both applicable and having an income but it all depends on you.

The answer is simple, buying in would pay you immensely more. But buying in also carries an immense more amount of risk. Therefore you get more reward the more you risk, and it is only fair investing pays more than bounties.

Lol what? No they won't. Bounty will bring you profit because you invest nothing, therefore one cent is profit. When you invest you have to make more than you put in, and there is 0% guarantee that your investment in an ICO will pan out.

I don't know if this is related but I think the both of them is different, in buying token you'll be investing your money whereas in doing bounty you'll be investing your time and effort. Both, Sometime I had investing for ICO and earn more by bounty rewards. That is will be depends how is potential for a project. If like promising I'll spend my money by my cold wallet.

Really better if you can do both and yes there is a risk on that so make sure you can take it so you will not be broke. There is no guaranteed to receive some return from your work or even from your investment, thats the risk.

Both options are worth investing in,buying a token involves your money while in participating in bounties,your consistency,time,accuracy,timeliness... is involved.So it puts the decision on you, to decide which to do per time.In buying tokens, it's very important to be careful in the choice of what tokens to buy, to avoid being scammed and been at a loss,also same thing goes for bounty participation to avoid not been paid for work done.

Better to do bounty , because you can earn free tokens. Less risk, but you need to do an effort and it can bring more knowledge in you while doin the task. Buying tokens is still good, those 2 as long as you can earn profit take a risk.

'course you will get more in participating in a bounty. You will not have to pay anything to get a tokens. You only lost your time incase a projects' token turns out to be a pump and dump scam. It dependa on what you would risk.

If you are really sure that the project token that you are investing is a good token then perhaps, it'll be better to both buy and join bounty to get more extra tokens.

if you are still learning and not enough experience you better to follow the prize first and if you already understand how to work and sell you buy I recommend investing after that you can do both but not too hasty, wait patiently.

Im prefer for project by korean / china, due those project built for payment or market like exchanges. Like given big profit for the benefit of tokens.

But,i would suggest you to join also any trusted bounty campaign while you are continuosly investing or trading. Depends on what you prefer to do since if you have a lot free time to do some side things then bounty is a good area for you to earn some tokens on different camps but if you had limited time then maybe buying it will be much better option for you since some ICO's are offering some bonus for their early bird investors and by that you could already earn some little profits by the time the token/coin you bought will be added on exchange since I'm sure the investors will be the first person who have opportunity to dumped and earn.

In my case i always do the bounty cause i dont have enough money to buy those token. Even if that project went to scam youre safe cause you didnt invest on it.

Well right now am doing bounty because most of my altcoin are so  down am disappointed. Using bounty to earn and try to cover losses.

If you can do both why not? The only difference is that you take bounty tokens for free while taking an investment to their ICO will result risk in your part. Just do your background study first before engaging to make an investment in any pre-sale, post sale and ICO investments.

As an investor you would always have more tokens compared to those people who do join up on bounty programs considering that total allocation for bounties isnt really that high which means investors would always have more tokens depending on the amount you had invested but the thing or question on this situation is on the profits you do made. Investors of project cant assure anytime to have profits but bounty hunters can earn money only with the task they do have done.

In my opinion, the safest and monetarily cheap is to choose a good bounty with high success rate and do that as even if it fails at least you do not have your stakes in it but a loss on your time which keeps slipping anyways. So if you aren't going to do anything productive then doing bounty is the safest.

Well it depends on your capability, if you can afford to buy their token during ICO that is better because you can get good amount of tokens, and if the project succeed you can earn huge with your holdings. On the other hand bounty is also a good idea however it takes time before you can receive your rewards and your shares will depend in your rank. The difference is, in bounty you dont need capital unlike in investing you have to risk your money for a token without assurance. I think if you can ensure that it's a good ICO project to invest in so you should buy token directly by joining private sale or presale cause you can get big bonus from this periods beside that you can trade your token eariler than bounty hunter right after token get listed on exchange. Bounty hunters often have to wait about 1 month after ICO ended to get token and be able to trade on exchange but it's a safe way to get token cause they just need to invest their free time :).

You can actually do both, invest in the token and hold for it to become successful and participate in the bounty as you also get this token for free thereby increasing your profit when it is successful but take your time to do a research and make sure the project is a good one before you decide to invest or participate in the campaign.

For me i prefer to do bounty, as you will have a leverage to HODL these tokens and wait for the bull run.
Unlike if we purchase tokens we tend to check always the price of the coins bought and sell it with a little profit.
For me bounty coins can maximize the full profit of tokens because we can Hold the tokens longer because we invest in effort and not in money, in which sometimes we are force sell these tokens because we need money for daily needs.

If you have free time. You should join that bounty. That's a good choice. Do both. It will help you make more profit if the ICO is successful. If you only have money and no free time, buy ico. I rarely see anyone buy ICO and join the bounty at the same time

If you don't have enough funds and have a lot of free time then the good choice for you is to do Bounty... But if your situation is reversed like don't have much free time but lot of funds the do investing..

If you have enough money and wish to invest on the good project, I see you will not want to waste your money on work with them get the tokens. Instead of that you will go to invest your money and earn the tokens right.
Do that if you are whale, if you want to get the tokens and do not want to loose your hard earned money also means you should go with the bounty and make the tokens for helping them in promotion.

You can do both, you can participate to the bounty campaign that you would like to invest in, so that you can contribute to the success of the project that you invested in. But make sure that you make a lot of research first about the ICO project before you start to invest, to avoid of wasting a lot of money and wasting time as well.

Personally, I think both are very profitable as long as they are legit. If you have spare cash, you can invest in any token of your choice and hold it till when the price is high enough to make reasonable profit and you can also check the list of available bounties and choose good one to participate in and at the end you get token as reward which you can also hold to make profit.

In my opinion doing bounty and earning tokens should be preferred because it only consumes some of your time but investing is quite risky and requires skills to identify the right ICO that might yield profits in the future.
If you are skilled in investing then go for it and you can simultaneously participate in the bounties to get some extra tokens.

consumes some of your time ? no it isnt . participating in a bounty needs a lot of time because you need to post . you need to think of a constructive post and you need to post in a timed manner in order to get your qouta . all of that will cause you to track your time and works , therfor i dont think working on a bounty is less hassel than working on an actual job . joining a  bounty wont also guarantee you a sure payment because most bounty today are mainly consist of frauds . so overall buying is still better that joining .

Both would be good because from all of them possible can be your source income but choose wisely because too many project will turn out to scam and before you joining bounty or buy some tokens i think better ask to the people regarding the options

True, why would choose between the two if we can able to do both things? since investing on ICO's doesn't really require too much effort since you do just put up your money then leave it until it do hit up exchangers.

Doing both are good if only that project you joining is potential in the future. Joining bounty while investing it will give you more profit. But make sure that project you've been joining is not a scam. I may say it depends on your resources available. If you have the money and want it expand more without exerting much effort then i may say you should choose investing.
But if you only has the effort you may participate on bounty program and if you have both money and effort then im suggesting you to do both.

This is a complete opposite. Buy at ico, you become a real investor. Meanwhile, the bounty is just to work and get paid :) I like to combine both types of this. ico + bonus + bounty = a large of assets.

If you like a project then you will be doing both (participate in bounty and invest your money).

Participate in bounty only if you have some time on it.
Invest only if you have a free cash and the project has a working product.

In my opinion, joining bounties is better than to buy tokens because you can earn profit without expenses, you can get token rewards with simple tasks that you can do. Receiving bounty token rewards pays you more than buying tokens especially if its legit ones which have a big potential and if you are joining signature campaign and using a high rank here in the forum, it is surely a big profit when bounty pays you.

in my opinion it is more profitable for us to invest because each project prioritizes investors, if the income from the bounty depends on the BTT rank. The higher the BTT rank used the higher the income. :D

For me joining their bounty campaign is better than buying their token because we can earn money by just joining their bounty campaign  and we cannot take the risk by investing our money.
