Title: Can I use X1 to X16 Riser in a Full x16 Slot? Post by: sitefive on February 05, 2014, 12:53:44 AM my motherboard has 3X PCi-e x16 Slots and 2X pci-e x1 slots.
I want to get 5risers like these, but was wondering can you use these x1 to x16 risers like these in the FULL pci-e x16 slot as well? I have it set up exactly as you describe in my rig and it works fine. Actually I have the X1 rsier in a full X16 slot and another in a full X8 slot.
