In Kiev (Ukraine) I saw a terminal for buying bitcoin! I did not expect this, and none of my friends have ever seen this.
I did not think that we have it legally.
What do you think about it?

If bitcoin is legal in your country.Then you had made it legally.No one will ask you it is illegal activity.If you want means you can get the licence for that.Then it will be purely legal one.If bitcoin is legal ,the crypto currency related business is legal in your country

Well, it's good to know that there are already the machine of bitcoin. It's not surprisingly to saw that kind of machine especially to those county's that already adapting and legalizing bitcoin. Nothing to be possible to happen I think that there are lot of people who has an involvement to this system that are very happy to know that there are the machines like that. I believe that is legit and legal because bitcoin system are already legal into your respective country and for sure that's have a permission came from the government in your country.

Wow, that is good news specially to those bitcoin holders or investors. It's really unexpectedly but nothing will be impossible. Maybe this things has a permission to the government in your country which is bitcoin are already legalized. New machine that use for buying bitcoin is very nice and I think it is legal there in your country.

It's a very welcome development.  It will make alot of people to have more confidence in bitcoin and invest in it. 

I don't see why wouldn't it be legal? I suppose that firm which owns that ATM pats taxes and all, just like any other exchange office that deals with foreign fiat currencies. So its legal exchange, because part of that money goes to government. There are few ATMs like that in my country, and like in Ukraine Bitcoin is not proclaimed as legal currency, but still its not forbidden to use it as way of paying... as long as taxes are paid.

it is very interesting to get my attention and my heart to use the tool, but very unfortunate in my country (Indonesian) very far away hope existence of machine tool like that.
To trade here alone almost excludes illegal.

Bitcoin is the leader of the market of crypto currency. It is now the most reputed coin in this market. It is now accepted by different countries as well as by the different governmental agencies. Now it has added another dimension by such in imitative. This will make bitcoin more popular. This will make transaction easy also.

It's a good way for newbs to get started with crypto but those bitcoin atms have ridiculously high fees compared to other sources.  I haven't seen any of these around my hometown yet, hopefully that will change though.

Here in Belgium another ATM was just installed by a shop owner, was publicized by many mainstream news papers.

That's interesting but I'm not sure about why people would use it instead of using a cryptocurrency exchange or localbitcoins. That is not useful for me for now.

The number of such terminals is increasing at an alarming rate. In Poland, you can see the same machine at the main railway station in Cracow. This is a great convenience for those who want to overcome their Bitcoins at some point. Thanks to these machines, the user doesn't have to wait a lot of time to confirm the transfer by any service or doesn't need to use the cryptocurrency exchange. This solution is very convenient.

Man if it is already in place and working fine then surely the owner of that machine has taken permission from the government to create an ATM hub like that. Just go ahead and make your purchases and get your local currency if it is able to dispense it both the ways.

Im just wondering when the world will freely see these kind of machines everywhere. we can just fly to any country and use these machine to have the local currency. That will be easy one.

Why would it be fake? Don't tell me that you've never heard about Bitcoin ATMs. I remember they were a huge thing in 2014 when people were actually spotting them in bars and stores. The first BTC ATM appeared in 2013 in Canada.

The problem is that governments usually impose restrictions like Know Your Customer norms and Anti Money Laundering requirements on companies like these. If you have an ATM where you can transact anonymously, then you might be technically breaking some law.
I am sure the operators of these ATMs would have considered all this....

Wow, that was amazing. Terminal for buying bitcoin is become very useful to the people in Ukraine that really loves bitcoin. They can now able to have much convenient way of buying btc. However, it really means that in every single day of btc existence there will be a increased of it's adaptation and legalization and also people  are much enhancing it by developing or making mahines that can use in buying btc.

I have seen a couple in Holland aswell. Very amazing and a good development.

Hopefully they will be part of our daily lives very soon. It is still too complicated for a lot of people to buy crypto's now.

This is quite ingenious  idea, people who leave from Euro Zone can invest their Euros in btc. Good way to popularize crypto and potentially good business idea.

That was simply astonishing. A machine for Bitcoin itself is a proof that Bitcoin is getting there, being implemented and use by the people. It's kind of cool that the government is not restricting this kind of ATM and that they are legal now. Actually, we also have stores that sell Bitcoin legally now here in my country. It maybe not an ATM machine but it definitely is something.

It's been years since a lot of these machines are positioned on some of the most popular countries, something has happened I guess but the price still moves as it is so I don't think it will make that big change or interests. In my country, it is said that there is already a machine here though I don't think the interest of people increased since most of news are about people being scammed using Bitcoin.

this seems to be a new innovation if Ukraine really has legalized bitcoin because there must be a clear legal body to dare to establish a payment crypto within a country. This greatly affects the future of crypto if this really happens in Ukraine.

Well, there are no rules specified by the government as of now in most of the countries so if it is not illegal in your country to hold and transact Bitcoin with Fiat currency then it is completely legal to have such terminal for automating the Bitcoin/fiat trade. Bitcoin is not legally recognised by the government in my country but still, we have some fully functioning ATMs installed in multiple cities.

governments in the Ukrainian state may have inaugurated the existence of bitcoin so as to provide a means of exchange using bitcoin easily to the holder, perhaps it is intended that everyone can be invited to be able to use this modern technology service.

Money laundering is serious thing, so I understand what your saying, and obviously it is a big problem for exchange companies. But honestly, people will always find another way to conduct their "business". It will pass a lot of time before things like this gets confined and stopped.
I fear that at the end we will get something like banking system that we already have, for "security and safety purposes". Or at least that is what the governments are going to say.

I think its a great initiative. It will help all the user and I think it is legal because as far as I know that bitcoin is legal in your country. So, where the bitcoin is legal than bitcoin atm will be defintely legal in your country.

If there is ATM for Bitcoin exchange, that doesn't necessary mean that Bitcoin is totally legal in that country or that its legal at all (not sure about Ukraine tho) . You see, for example here in my country there are several ATMs where users can buy or sell their coins. But as far as I know, there is no law that proclaim Bitcoin or crypto in general a legal way of paying. So I guess crypto is in gray area, because I can use my coins, but country has no laws about it. For me everything will stay good, except if government forbid using of crypto. :)

Well this is unexpectable news, but I think yes, if it would be illegal, the terminal will not just stand there for free usage by everybody, I didn't know that Ukraine already has accepted bitcoin as legal...

No wonder if in some countries, you meet Bitcoin ATM machine. it is a form of Bitcoin service to its customers to make it easier for people to get Bitcoin. for countries that have adapted and certified bitcoin such machines are not strange. Nothing is possible I think there are many people who have an engagement to this system who are very happy to know that there is such a machine. I believe it's legal and legal because the bitcoin system is legal to your country and of course it has permission coming from the government in your country.

If btc is allowed by all countries, your transaction is legal and protected by the state

i would love to use these but i heard the fees are insanely high. i wonder how much the fee is i saw a video once it had 10% fee like that's insanely high if that would be the standard fee will just stick at local provider instead of using these.

i hope the bitcoin adoption will step up like it will be used as payment method that would be good for those who want to pay using bitcoin. right now we are still at the bottom almost.

It is good to know that there were bitcoin machines. Nothing to happen. I believe it is legitimate and legitimate because the bitcoin system has been legalized into your country and it's certainly the permission that comes from the government in your country. That's good news especially for bitcoin holders or investors. Probably these things have allowed the government in your country that bitcoin has been legalized.

I think bitcoin in Ukraine is in pretty grey area given the arrests of the miners for the illegal generation of money. So I'm surprised you can find bitcoin ATMs there. Let's hope it's a step to the right direction

That is how bitcoin's served us, people are really want the changes like this even in a simple transaction if Bitcoin crypto currency gonna use as mode of payment it is really
grateful and convenient and very comfortable.

it is looks like how to convince people to get involve in crypto, therefore when you want it to introduce to anyone/anybody, you need to have a prof that bitcoins really exist, this is more effective to those people who really don't know what bitcoin is, and you want it to introduce it on them.

different from the exchanger. Exchanger is just an online service site in the form of web, If you think it is illegal then I feel you are wrong to conclude something about bitcoin. Do not equate the terminal with what we buy in the day (if you buy on the website). I think the one in ukraine is a result of the bitcoin community that is there. If in your country there is a solid bitcoin community there will definitely be an interesting innovation that helps the growth of bitcoin

I dont know how people are managing the stuff and placing up business of crypto currency exchange shops!  :) ITs good to see that they have opened up shop along with the consultant services too. There are might be very few countries in the world where people can really dare to put some service or business like this. Im pretty sure it is just the beginning and there are many things to come by in the coming days. Other nations should really take inspiration from such services or people.  :D

so all this time you think have btc illegally even though it was purchased with your wage money. logically bitcoin is legal, then what makes them illegal? Hello, in my county we don't have these terminals. I've heard a story from one man when he was in the USA, he saw one of these terminals and wanted to check it. He said that it had been awful. He spent about 20 minutes to buy bitcoin if I am not mistaken.

Every week, the number of owners of electronic wallets bitcoin is replenished by more than 1000. It is not surprising that the demand for ATM bitcoins is also increasing every day.

i don't know what the terminal for buying bitcoin truey represent but i am sure that it is just one of the ways in which people decide to be creative and innovative if the project is a true one and not a scam. check it properly before committing any resources or funds to it.

Sweet.  Bitcoin is spreading across the world like a virus.  The governments seem very ok with all of this.  Very fishy.  I think we may be seeing the very beginning of a one world currency.  Not sur eif its good or bad.  Will be bad once they connect us to our address.

There will be more and more of them. ATMs are setting up private companies in Poland, there are already a dozen or so of them. Very nice and convenient option to withdraw money.

Also do some research on the company that has installed the ATM. My gut feeling says that this is legal and genuine. Go for it, you are one of the blessed ones to purchase bitcons using an ATM, in some countries you can only buy bitcoins via localbitcoins.com

Our Bitcoin is distributed, we are free to do and get bitcoin to be legal as long as we don't violate and steal from others, maybe bitcoin will be used together and we can invest and benefit from bitcoin

My opinion that is legal. I don't hear about that bitcoin is illegal in Ukraine.
In any case need read local laws.
