hey guys , I will run an exchange on behalf of one of my friends
so as the subject states I'm looking to buy bitcoin with perfectmoney or paypal , the rates as the following
PerfectMoney : +7%
Paypal : +10%  ( sending as friend and family )

maybe more ewallets to come soon

if you are a trusted member I will go first  , otherwise you have to send first
if you don't trust me for the deals I'm ok with going for an escrow as long as you are willing to pay the fee ( in case the escrow is paid )

may I know what is the rate that you are looking for ?? I don't use skype but I will pm you my telegram in case you want to get in touch
I may lower the rate a little if my partner agrees but can't promise you

I can sell you 30 USD in BTC through Paypal. Since you are a fellow gambler, I am not asking for you to send me 10% preev rate but only you can send me equivalent in Paypal with 1:1 preev rate. Let me know. I can send first of course.

thanks for your interest mate , at the moment I won't do any exchange till I finish exams and have more free time

also trying to figure out a good fee so I can profit and the traders here also be satisfied with the rate , I may run a full time exchange since I can sell here in Syria and take the fee percentage for myself

so as I said just waiting to have some free time and to figure out a good rate , also hopefully the cryptocurrency hype will start again next month maybe

still some people are pming me but as I stated earlier I'm stopping the exchange now till the next month so I can figure out good rates that can make profit and satisfy the other traders as well
