Hey I am curious for buying Reddit upvotes as long as I know it should be rewarded by other reddit users, and the upvotes increasing seems to apply such mechanism of weight. What I mean if a user account with less karma need some additional user account, perhaps several users account. But if a user account with big karma number, perhaps it will just 1 user need to increase 1 upvote. 

You guys should check out Fiverr, maybe some people provide such services.

This kind of service is not good, just to create artificial reward since upvote on reddit is same kind of reward or appreciation from other users. That should be not kind of this service for a tricky way.
