So, basically, current exchanges are excluding people from the market/increasing their profits in the following ways:
1. Minimal trade size, they want their fee to worth them a while.
2. Withdrawal fee with 2x - 5x markup over the actual cost.

With n.exchange (https://n.exchange) you have pay only a nominal markup on withdrawal (few cents), and there are no minimum limits where there is no reason to set such limits (for example, fiat deposits might have a minimum as we pay a fixed transaction fee to the provider).

1) If you have sent your funds or paid using your bank card the order refreshes itself and your rates are processed.
