At first, Odyssey seemed like the typical dump and pump shit coin, with many more investors. However, OCN is looking like an incredible opportunity that is backed by an innovative team looking to bring everything to the table and more.

What's going on with OCN:

-Huobi contest ends very soon (Price may dump a little)
-OCPay app released on the Google Play store, still in development
-More partnerships are coming
-OCP - The currency used for payments with OCPay is starting the 1:1 airdrop with OCN holders in August
-OCN announces a possible asset exchange that shares the revenue to the community

I would be shocked if the price dropped 150 satoshis right now. OCN has already reached 1k satoshi in the past.

Keeping everything in mind, what are your thoughts on OCN? It seems like you can't go wrong with this coin for possible x10-20 gains in terms of BTC by the end of the year. Am I being too optimistic?

Really then I think you should invest whatever you have and even take a loan from all whom you know as something called as OCN will be going to moon in a short time or may be in future whenever it can . All the best for investing in it and hope you will be making some money from this.

There are tons of projects which have upcoming partnerships, apps in Google Store and exchanges in development. All these tokens were at their ATH in January, all of them dumped 5-10 fold. Their value will not increase during the market we have right now. Invest only if you believe the overall crypto capitalization will reach its previous heights. If it does, everything will take off, even shitcoins.

Obviously it will, but what competitors specifically challenge OCN? I don't know of any that have as big of a reputation and possibilities as OCN.

Ye, excellent ATH has much coins. But chance to repeat for them is a quite small. Today's dump is so deep that I think we never will go up  :D About OCN. It's a fully manipulated project. That's why partnership is so important for it

Odysseн is a project for those who have balls of steel, or who do not have enough adrenaline, just as hard of volatility are generally not on the market. And such a rigid manipulation of the price. But in General, to grow he's got a place, you just can't keep lots of it in the portfolio

Odyssey might even be a good project with real world use case, and it has some potential to gain more marketcap. But I agree with @waaat? that it is highly manipulated. I think the team is trying to make a TRON move, and for that they need lots of hype. I got some before the airdrop details, and will be holding, because for all we know they migh success.

Worst advice ever.
Whatever the degree of excitement, enthusiasm, or FOMO that has you by the tender end, taking out a loan for crypto investment - is any shape - is the worst financial advise ever. So many folks took out loans during late Nov/ early Dec BTC bull run and look where they are now. Golden rule for crypto remains: Only invest what you can afford to loss - and never bring your emotions into play. Be objective
