I asked that question on the 21st, you replied to it 4 days later on the 25th. Anyway, I mined and sent the coins your way when FLAP was trading bid 6  ask 7 and I received them when it was bid 3 and ask 4, and has yet to move up.

Your withdraw button doesnt work on Chrome, but thats probably Chrome, its fast but half the stuff doesnt work on it. I have adblock maybe thats why its not working. I used Firefox and the button worked. Also the email to confirm withdraw also arrived only after I requested the email for the second time.

Anyway, your deposit system has in fact gotten better, my flap deposits are arriving faster.

Too bad with Mt Gox gone and now coinmarket.io going down there is so little trust in the altcoin community. You guys may be the good ones, who knows. I dont keep wallets on my laptop but maybe I should. All I have is in exchanges because I trade with them daily and I enjoy the tiny day trades. Allcoin takes big bribes, how is it that saurezcoin just launched July 1st is already listed July 3rd when voting doesn't end until July 4th? 

Same can be said about firecoin and britcoin, why do these coins get to bypass the voting system when they are not well supported by the community?

Allcoin is either taking big pay from scam coins or a part of the scam coin.

I don't get your point. Exchanger is only a third party for buyer and seller. They dont act as "police" to verify which coin can and which one cannot put in their system. Is their main business to pick profitable coin in their platform?

As long as their honest with the trade and dont run with our money, i am ok with any "shitcoin" going in and should you do your own dd before you jump in.

Why has OPC Coin wallet frozen?

In my opinion allcoin is one of the most honest exchanges available. Every time I try using a different exchange, I always go back to allcoin. They are one of the few exchanges that are legit.

The same problem.
I sent some coins to allcoin deposit address, but my account is still 0 BTC. In Block explorer everything is OK.

all of a sudden my password and email does not match, i try to recover password and it states that my email doesn't exist in the system. Ive messaged support twice but no response after 48hrs. (not giving up hope)
recently allcoin introduced, My Interests!..... i brought over a few btc worth of coins to enjoy the interests.

A week and a half and no response to multiple tickets and coins still missing.  I don't know if they are doing selective scamming or getting ready to pull a runner.

Or I suppose they could also just really, really suck at handling support too.

Well Iv'e got 2 weeks now with no response to tickets and coins still missing.  Honestly at this point I don't expect to see my coins returned but I hope others see this and stay the hell away from allcoin.com.  Looks like they are going into scam mode.

If you want your customers to take your exchange seriously, then stop generalizing your site. The way 'just another exchange' sounds to me is like as if its waiting to crash just like another exchange.

Well it took 2 weeks and 3 tickets but they finally returned my missing coins.  Funny thing is they responded to my newest ticket and my older ones remain ignored.

Whats up with de-listing of those altcoins ? They were supposed to be de-listed on 20th, then it was 24th, but i still see them trading today.
This makes it look like you have certain interes for people to dump their stash, just for you to "decide" to keep them anyways.

Stand up for your word, else noone will take you seriously again, if they even do now, i know i dont. And having constant user problems with unresolved tickets and issues doesnt help either.

I wouldn't bother expecting professional behaviour from allcoin. They didn't even delist coins that were meant to be delisted, it's just a game of dumping and pumping sh?tcoin for them it seams.
Better just withdraw everything and find a normal exchange site, this is disgrace.

Btc, doge withdraw still working, but support obviously not here for several days at least. Hope they will back and fix a problems.

To be fair, I finally received a reply to my support ticket submitted on June 7th.  The support ticket says my issue is resolved.  While the main issue appears to be resolved, withdrawals remain pending and some requests appear to time out again and again.  Another support ticket submitted as I am still unable to receive my funds.

[EDIT] AllCoin has resolved all of my current issues.  I hope they can continue to improve their service to what it once was.  I wish them the best.

It was expected from them to act like this, never did they seam or act like a valid exchange. This site was just used to pump and dump altcoins noone wanted,
to rip you from profits. I would stay away and advise everyone else to do the same, and just find someone who is worth your time and trust.

Worst customer support/lack of keeping customers informed what was going on EVER.

imho good call, better to take your business on a safer and more reputable place. An exchange that is not worth of it's word is a disaster in more than one way.

Allcoin has been reasonably profitable for me in the past, so even though I stand to lose 17% of my total coinage, the potential closure of the exchange itself is more saddening.

allcoin is a selective scammer, if you have low account balance they will generally leave you alone. They introduced interests/rewards so as to entice you to have a large balance with them....
I fell for it... I transferred a large amount across to my allcoin account.... collected the interest for about 1 week, then they stole it all from me.
1st they froze my account, 1 month later they replied to my support tickets with the lamest excuse for what had happened, they said, We froze your account because you were hacked. I continued the conversation by replying with, I had strong password and 2FA. If id been hacked, wouldn't i have got the email saying, "your account has been logged into"? They never replied again, only ignore me.

They stole more than 10BTC worth of alts from me.

The interests/rewards program is to entice you to have a large balance with them.

They do not make exchange easier or help new altcoins. They do the opposite. They are the devil in disguise.

I successfully withdrew all my coins yesterday (Sept. 16) via the trader API. Took a couple of attempts, but eventually got them all. Unfortunately I deposited some BTC, they don't show and support does not react.

Stop deposite coins there.. This exchange is DEAD/SCAM without support and with empty wallets.

I really hope allcoin is not a scam.. its a nice exchange website
they need to bring back fast and unfreez all their wallets if they want to survive

i asked to withdraw my czecoins before exchange goes down and now when they goes up i received mail where they asked me for my address and wrote that if network will working they will send them to me... and i have two wallet online 24/7 so network have to work i hope... for more if someone have no wallet i will make online wallet for czecoin in few days...

so for frozen wallets you have to ask support or write an mail to support and they will response when they will have a time... i wrote them my btc,xrp,tips and cze addresses and i waiting now

I am able to log in to www.btcset.com (allcoin temporary withdrawal website) with my credentials and google auth (good thing I didn't remove allcoin access from my phone).
All coin wallets are live now, and I've been able to withdraw some BTC I had there. Didn't have much, less than 0.1 BTC, I believe the amount is correct.

Looks like they were right after all, though communication about all this was poorly handled from there side ...

AllCoin closed a long time ago and, although he supposedly sold his exchange code to another person, nothing has come of it.

qtum being sold on allcoin, so far it's much cheaper than on yubi !

Where did you transfer your btc from? Remember that it can take a few hours, or even a day for the confirmations.
