Hey all....I'm new to the Bitcoin world and figured I would try to merge my existing love of sports capping & betting into a new strange love for Bitcoins.

My thoughts were to post my Daily Picks that I normally put out on other sites like Covers, and hope to share my knowledge.  If you want to tail my picks or just sit back and see if my record actually makes itself of anything, that's great either way!  I'm not asking for anything in return, absolutely will never charge money for picks, but if I start to turn you a little profit and you'd like to tip me in BTC....well my wallet address is below.  ;D

My long term goal is to get enough BTC to be able to by some GH on a cloud mining service , or possibly invest in some inexpensive mining hardware, not sure yet but either way I want to be in this Bitcoin game.

There's no point to post my records so far this year as I have no way of proving to you what is real or what isnt, so I will start with a fresh record.  Below are games I am on tonight but a few have started so I won't be putting these into my record I'll keep on here.

Regarding your unit size, do you use a single unit play for all your bets or do you adjust them according to their probably such that your either risking one to win more than one or risking more than one to win exactly one, or are you shifting unit sizes according to what you think is more likely to hit?

On almost every single bet I make I use 1 Unit that is the same per bet (0.1 BTC for each bet as an example), if I ever go higher in Units on a certain play I'll put it out there but it's rare.  On my NCAAB plays the line is always -110 because I play the spread so I am risking 1.1 Units to win 1.0.  If I ever take a NCAAB ML, or on most Tennis & Soccer plays, the line is higher than -110.....like todays tennis play was -126 so I risked 1.26 Units.  Hope that helps  :D

Might be off today but will let you all know for sure.  I stayed up all night with the madness of the BTC price going bonkers so I haven't given myself the normal amount of time or brain power I normally use for capping.

so on delbonis, are you risking 1 unit, or are you risking enough units to win 1 unit if it wins?  In other words if 1 unit is .01, are you risking .01 or .014?

Venus loses in another marathon match, 0-1 to start the day.  Also....havent seen the news why yet but the South Carolina game got postponed.

USA's got a great team, though. No superstar forwards per se, but they have some very skilled sharp shooters.

With Canada winning "only" 3-1, I'd say USA is looking mighty impressive right now.

Russia, USA, Canada, and Sweden are the 4 that will be in the Medal Games....and I think any one of the 4 can win Gold.  USA looked REALLY good today though.

Agreed. I'd definitely say that USA has better goalies than Canada.

I think Price is shit, personally.

I posted this on the first page, but I have a future on Russia at basically 2:1 to take Gold.  A Russia/USA Final game would be awesome. 1) For personal entertainment, 2) USA will probably come in as an underdog in the books, bet the ML, guaranteed profit.

It'd be fun to see Russia finally get something going at the Olympics considering the talent they've got, but I'm not sure it'll gel.

I'd definitely be comfortable betting on USA making it to the gold medal game, though. Another Canada/USA duel would be fun as well.

Not a great day in NCAAB, basically a push of a day (slight loss from juice).  My other sports helped salvage the bleeding too lol.

Also, in regards to NCAAB, I run a tourney bracket pool for anyone interested.  I know its still a little bit away but I figured I'd get the word out.  I use sites like LeagueSafe.com so all the money is transparent as to where it goes.  It shows who deposited, who still owes, who got kicked out for not paying, if the league commish takes a fee, and who the payouts go to for winners.

I'd be curious to see your picks for the men's olympic semi finals in hockey.

For USA/Canada, the momentum's on the US... I think they could stun Canada.
For Finland/Sweden, that's a tough call.

My picks are Canada and Sweden.

My book doesn't have their lines out yet, but Ive seen on an off-shire site Sweden @ -170 or -1.5 @+180, Finland @ +140 or +1.5 @ -220.  The other game is Canada @ -115 or -1.5 @ +240,  USA -105 or +1.5 @ -300.

At first glance I would probably take Sweden -1.5, not sure about Canada/USA game yet.
