Might as well want to talk something more about your service? Like how many bounties have you managed, how effectively how have done the job and or the quality of the service provided? Neither does your rank or your reputation speaks for you by default.

Probably they do not manage any bounty campaign until now. he would just like to be a manager.
Bounty management looks like simple job, and can do it anyone. Many people here want to become a managers even if they don't know what is behind this job.

Do you have what it takes to be a bounty manager? It's not so easy to become a bounty manager and you must be responsible enough with the job you are taking.

Tell us more about yourself and actually I'm not going to hire you but it will help you to show other interested people that has project to easily conduct and assess if you are capable of the job.

Simply show us your portfolio or a background in real life which you can relate to managing bounties.

It looks like you want to be a bounty manager so you have to show what you are capable of by showing your skills here,but it is not easy to become a bounty manager,you need to become trustable member to get the more projects.

First of all create a thread in the service section about you service and how you are going to deal your participants,maximum participants level like that.But you also can signature designing too so you can create the signatures for your project managing. :)

You have a long way to go before people can take you seriously for applying for bounty/campaign manager positions. You first need to establish yourself, build your trust and ensure others that you’re able to be trusted with their funds and to efficiently manage their campaign. It’s not impossibly but it’ll take some time (and work) before you get there.

jes why don't you join an ico team first, and help develop it so it gets into a Bounty stage?

Its hard to be bounty manager now...
So you need to work for a tokens in 2 - 3 projects

jes and this sucks for all ico founder, had 6 people in my team each were part in 6 projects, because of their insecurity with ultimately creating nothing in total,

people have to decide and commit themselves.
