Title: Shouldnt you be learning how to hack instead?
Post by: JungleEskimo on June 22, 2018, 04:22:26 PM
Why do you even bother with anything else when you could score more money than any other endeavors by hacking an exchange?

Are you too dumb to do what another human being has accomplished?

Considering the fact that unless you have the skills/resources to cover all your tracks; hacking an exchange (or anything else for that matter) is super risky. Especially with the ongoing increase in the use of technology in every day life, security is super tight and on the look-out for any potential "hackers" anyone with the skill-set to hack an exchange probably wouldn't need too to begin with.

I'm sorry, But I feel this is a stupid post. Making a general assumption people are too stupid to do illicit things for money such as hacking one of the stupidest things I have heard in a while. So because people have morals and ethics and won't steal they're stupid, Good logic there bud ;)

When you say "with the on going increase in the use of technology in everyday life" it sounds like you put a lot of faith in systems you may not be knowledgeable about. You'd be surprised how flawed and vulnerable things are under a polished surface

Also people with hacking skills make nowhere close to tens of millions in their lifetimes. If someone had the skills and the intellect, they totally would

Good point.  I often wonder why I do what I do when scammers like Quickseller make so much more coin on this forum...

What i mean by "on going increase in the use of technology in everyday life" it'll only be a certain amount of time before real currencies become obsolete and people switch to everything digital for example; i see people tapping their cards/watches at cash registers rather than pulling out their actual wallets. So yes you could say i am putting a bit of faith in a system that's likely to happen eventually despite the flaws and vulnerability (which everything starts out that way).

And how would you know those people with those certain hacking skills don't make that much? Their hackers for a reason; anonymity is key when hacking so whose to say there isn't/hasn't/presently doing it.

It sounds like you greatly respect technology but just like that cute girl-next-door type of girl you secretly admire shes got security holes thats been penetrated, vulnerabilities to her backdoor, and probably does drugz.

I think it's only a good thing when you have the skills to know how to cover your own end. Protecting your wallet well and knowing what to do not to get hack easily or at all. So I think if we can look into something that has to do with us safe guarding our end I think your post is cool. Since December many people mew wallets has been hacked and the number is increasing. All we got is that their DNs or other thing has been compromised or at times people got hacked immediately after using etherdelta. So is blockchain wallet holding btc have heard a lot of things. And as technology is increasing for security this hackers too are not sleeping they are creating more tools and equipment for us. So having the basic knowledge to at least safeguard one wallet and emails will be great. But hacking into someone else wallet or an exchange is absorb to me .

Hahaha loved the comparison there, technology will always be vulnerable/penetrated though. It?s a never ending gang bang and with every new next door neighbor comes someone that will try and find a way to penetrate.

I'm not stupid, I just don't have the knowledge to do it, and I don't want to have a problem with the law.

Because hacking is illegal and an act of a lazy person? Instead of trying to steal people's money, why not work for it, right? It's no brainer.
