Title: Duty of a bounty Manager?
Post by: Scam_Research on June 23, 2018, 07:39:26 AM
What is the duty of a bounty manager? Is he/she responsible to check the application? Should he/she accept all application without checking? Should he give stakes all accepted participants without checking their task?
I noticed this bounty manager (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=994949) accepting application and giving stakes without checking their task on the Bounty Campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3395060.0).

This shows how lazy that bounty manager is  :o

Definitely he is the responsible for all the works so if is not handling it well then it will be the disadvantage for that team who trusted him and gave opportunity to manage their bounty so now you can contact that bounty team and explain this, that s what we can do. :)

When bounty managers must handle hundreds of participants, they get lazy. They compromise. They think to themselves, "I'll be paid regardless of whether I check eligibility or not," thus they just won't.

If you are being paid something for a task, you'd better do it, and do it well. If they're treating it like a job, then they should put in the hours. You can't be expected to pop in an hour a week and be done with it.
