I would suggest getting an account at one of the many exchanges(MtGox, Tradehill, CampBX, ExchB) and transfer funds into it then buy BTC there. Isn't that terrible? I will surely boycott Paypal for the rest of my life...and you should do that too, at least for buying bitcoins...
