Title: 50btc.com ripped me off over 300 bitcoins no response from customer service Post by: Jonnywadster on February 06, 2014, 10:51:01 PM I've been using the 50btc miner and their service for a couple years now went through several different mining setups to achieve my balance.

But as far as they go, did you give them a few days to respond? I'd be upset too. Remember though that if you don't have the private keys, 'your' coins are really just a ledger entry. That said how long have you given them to respond to any requests to correct the issue?
