O.P do you still have sellers available? I have a buyer who is very much interested. He's ready to do 50k coins but we'll start in tranches and also discount will be needed. And we'll need to use a public escrow service like London block. Looking forward to your reply, thanks.

Can OTC specialists be kind enough to provide clarity on defining the

Buyer and seller side discount definitions?

i.e. the discounts are usually listed as 5/3 or  gross -4% discount -2%, buyer net discount 3%. I am just try to figure out what

gross and net represent as well where the mandate, middleman commissions fit in?

Appreciate explanation

Gross is the discount that is overall total discount that seller is giving. Net is the discount that goes totally to buyer. Remaining is divided equally among both sides as a commission.

i.e -4 gross meaning total 4% discount and 2% net means from 4% there will be 2% for buyer and remaining 2% will be divided equally like 1% for sellerr side intermediates and 1% for seller side intermediate.

Hope you got the answer

Gross: all commission and mark ups or mark downs in cost
discount: the discount of the cost of the btc
net commission: commission for buyer/seller/middleman - normally separate for seller and buyer side. Sometimes and intermediary commission is specified

closed: not up for negotiation, example sell side commision 1% closed. This means the sell side gets 1% of the final sale amount and it is not subject to change or able to be negotiated down.

5/3 SHOULD be discount/commission. 5% will be taken off of the price per bitcoin with 3% going for commission to everyone who put the deal together

I have a buyer in Asia looking for 50K BTC

- Tranches of 5K every 5-10 days
- KYC is needed as client is legit.
- LOI/POF will be given once seller does KYC and contact my law firm
- Currently using Rhtlaw Taylor Wessing as law firm
- F2F is possible in Singapore / HK

Contact me on telegram, BTC_J91
*Scammers don't even try asking for LOI/POF, it will be given after seller has done KYC.

Canadian Federal corporation and FinCen regulated.

Selling Coins to Client ...
1-100 blocks, 1k blocks, access up to 10k BTC per day.

Same day Settlement.

What we do:
Small to large blocks; best OTC institutional pricing; clear, transparent, swift settlements

What we don’t do:
Cash deals; POF or POC for OTC; purchase agreements that obscure the nature of the transaction; money laundering; deals without KYC of client, MT799, MT760 etc.
