Hello guys,  i tried logging in to my luno account but doesn't seem to work out, after i input my email it shows that i should verify if am a robot then it pop's up a recaptcha then after i tick it, it shows me to input my password after inputing my password it takes me back to the recaptcha i tried it over and over it keeps doing the same thing, and i formated my phone because of this but still keeps showing the same thing, just need help on what to do about it.

Can you share the website if what is Luno, never heard this site before.

Anyway, you can try to clear your history and cache by going to settings>history> then clear data.

I suggest you to use a well-known wallet for mobile like electrum or mycelium for android then for IOS phone you can use Green Address its also support on android OS.

recaptcha issues are usually because you are using some sort of VPN or proxy that is interrupting your communication with the website. if that is not the case try using another browser on your phone to see if that helps.

there is their help center too: https://www.luno.com/help/en/ but i couldn't find anything similar to your problem also there isn't any ticket service to open for issues. there is only contact links for their facebook, twitter,... at the bottom left corner of the page.
although you may find more after you log in.

Luno is a crypto currency platform that operates mostly in Africa. Its more of a centralized exchange sites on a mini-level where you can buy or sell selected crypto currency. It also has a market section too where selected coins are traded in relation to the local currency rather than dollars or euros on those global platforms. Its legit and straight forward. I know this because I have used them before but was discouraged when I was being charged fees for incoming transactions.
What would probably happen to Op should not go beyond his internet services or browser issues and as suggested, I wish he can just come back and update the post for everyone that have made conclusions based on his earlier post.
