Definitely mod the bios of the GPU and check the hashrate. It should increase and the power consumption will decrease a bit.
You can go to anorak.tech to find some bios online for your GPU.

Make your own bios. It is not so difficult or i make some for you (we have many RX550) and you give me a little donation.

You can use One Click Timing Patch in Polaris Bios editor to adjust memory timings.
On this link you have everything explained. https://forum.getpimp.org/topic/1530/bios-modding-with-polarisbioseditor-one-click-timing-patch-on-windows (https://forum.getpimp.org/topic/1530/bios-modding-with-polarisbioseditor-one-click-timing-patch-on-windows)

I just finished to mod my bios but after reboot
The gpu it's not recognised by win10.
After googling I found ați clock patcher and now it's ok
But the hashrate it's the same 230h/s
,😭😭😭😭😭

Now you have to overclock memory and undervolt it so you can get higher hashrate and lower power consumption.
You can overclock and undervolt using MSI Afterburner, OverdriveNTool or AMD Wattman.
On this link there is tutorial how to overclock/undervolt using OverdriveNTool https://mining.help/ (https://mining.help/)
You should also check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2862193.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2862193.0) ,
you'll see which settings other people are using so you can try that.
But it doesn't mean you'll get the same results, but it should be close to that.

You do a right thing with doing mod by yourself. At least, now you have known how to mod your bios card, and also you save your card from possible terrible things happened with flashing your card using downloaded bios from somewhere.

To add to what others have said, you definitely need to mod your BIOS.

Running with a stock BIOS, you are mining inefficiently. Why? Because you will be getting less hashrate while at the same time consuming more power. That means less revenue and more expenses which consequently results in less profit.
