For good bounty manager i only refer Yahoo and Avirunes.
Both have performed well in their previous campaigns.
Replying participants.
Checking work of participants.
Payment on time.
Less chance of getting spam.

These managers i do considered to be one of the best not only on handling professionally but also they are part of the program which do excludes spammers and shitposters which is really good. Actually when we do talk about bounty managers ive consider deadley too and some numbers i forgotten the exact name and also there are newbie managers that are good.
