Exactly! This is probably the lamest cover excuse ever.

Blockchain/coin developers can easily assign premined coins to predefined account wallets so they don't actually need to "mine the first block." Obvious malicious post in nature and i'm wondering if this should even be posted in this sub-forum instead of the "Marketplace" sub-forum.

Not so easy to create your own coin. You need to (clone and) build up the unique feature or the coin, then build up the community. Else you'll be just wasting your money mining your own worthless "coin".

This BIG problem for ASIC is, if New ASIC launch with very different hashrate. Example

Asic 1 > 100 MH
and 1 year later, they launch
Asic 2 > 500 MH.

After Asic 2 launch, Asic 1 is nothing
