But if you're just planning on holding small amounts of NEO/tokens, then your best bet would probably be the NEON wallet[1].

I personally recommend using a desktop wallet like Neon or Aphelion wallet to store your NEO and NEP-5 tokens. The web wallets like Neotracker also good. Neo Tracker don't need fee to send token to other address of neo, Is a good Wallet, in my mind. |
