If whatever android wallet you're using allow exporting the private keys, you could do that and import them into a BCH wallet.

You said a wallet, if that's true, you have the private key "or seeds" of that wallet? Right?
These currencies will not appear in your wallet but copy and paste your address "receiving address" at any bytether block explorer.
Since it's a fork of Bitcoin, I think importing the Pvt key  will solve your problem.

Tell us the wallet and we'll guide you. It's possible that the wallet doesn't support that and you'll have to use the 12 words (If any) to get them.

Apparently, Bitcoin Wallet for Android isn't the simplest wallet to access the keys directly.  There is a guide for how to export your private key (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2061691.0), but sadly, it sounds like a rather convoluted process, so we'll leave that to one side as a last resort for now.  Ideally, there's an easier way.

Hopefully you still have your seed words, since that's the far easier solution.  Don't disclose your seed words to anyone, since they give access to your funds.  Also, make sure you don't inadvertently download any malware when you try to download the equivalent BCH version of the Android wallet.  Find a legitimate wallet, not a malicious copy designed to steal funds.  Unfortunately, it's all too easy to get this part wrong, since unscrupulous people have taken advantage of this rather common mix-up and have created fake wallets.  I don't really use BCH or the android wallet for either coin, but hopefully someone reputable can point you in the right direction for a safe download link.  Once you have the right wallet, use your seed words and you should find your coins.

Try not to panic, since that's when mistakes are more easily made.  Take it slowly and calmly.

IN another thread (look  In my posts)we were discussing how much is difficult to understand bitcoin. Lot of people told me bitcoin is very easy to understand, other stated it is very difficult.
Here, this horror story demonstrates how much bitcoin is actually difficult.
Monetary freedom bear great risk, and you cannot rely on anyone but you.

My two cents,

Not necessarily.  If you have a slightly geeky friend who you would trust not to run off with your money, you could get them to follow the "rather convoluted" steps I posted earlier.

Alternatively, if you can find a backup file of your BTC android wallet (the one where you sent the BCH coins to), there's a slightly less complicated option (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1997031.msg20002671#msg20002671), although admittedly still more technical than you would normally expect to be dealing with as a newbie.

You know exactly where the funds are, so you haven't "lost" them, as such.  It's just that you can't move them without a key or seed phrase to import into a BCH wallet.  If it's an amount you wouldn't feel comfortable losing, don't give up yet.

Keep us posted on what you find, and we'll tell you if you're heading in the right direction or not.

No bro,  I think this is it you have lost your coins, sorry for you. Anyway every exchange is warning us every time that we need to send on particular wallet only particular coins that are passing and that was it.

I think, you have no way of recovery! With bitcoin and altcoin! When sending and receiving need to carefully check the wallet address! All confusion leads to the loss of Crypto!

Try actually reading the replies first before you go spamming the thread with largely worthless posts that give completely the wrong impression.  We've identified some potential solutions.  There is still a small chance these coins can be recovered, albeit with a bit of effort involved.  It's not like the coins have been sent to an address the OP doesn't control, since that would be game over.  But since OP owns the address the coins are in, they might still be recoverable.

It is a big issue. I will suggest you that if your android wallet which you are using allow to export the private keys. Then you just can do export and import them into BCH wallet.

second, read carefully replies that leads to solving your problem
third, respond and answer questions which related to your situation... ignore other comments

so, what is your btc android wallet (apps) name? or its website
this question has been asked many times but you failed to answer it

If you want to import BHT into a BTC wallet then you need to allow exportation of the private keys. By exporting your private key you could import them into BTC wallet.

not sure what programs i need to download though.

I'll see if I can lay it out step by step.  Some of these steps will be optional depending on how paranoid you are about security and how much money we're talking about.  I'll leave that judgement for you to make.

Make a backup:

https://image.ibb.co/gbMx4o/20180628_204205.png (https://image.ibb.co/gbMx4o/20180628_204205.png)

So yep, that screenshot shows the message about making a backup.  Should be a simple process (but again, I've never used that particular wallet).

[optional] If you want to be extra security-conscious, don't transfer your backup from your android device to your PC just yet.  Wait until after you've downloaded all the bits you need and then disconnected from the internet.  Also ensure your PC is clean of any viruses and such.

Stuff to download:

As per this post (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1997031.msg20002671#msg20002671), you'll need decrypt_bitcoinj_seed (https://github.com/gurnec/decrypt_bitcoinj_seed) and the Python + Protobuf and pylibscrypt bits detailed on that page.

Then go to the Mnemonic Code Converter (https://iancoleman.io/bip39/)

[optional] right click somewhere on that page and save it to your PC.

[optional] Maybe save a copy of HCP's post too if you're doing if all offline for security.

And lastly, (if you don't already have one) you'll need a BCH wallet.  It's up to you if you want another android one or a desktop wallet for your PC.  You might find desktop easier for importing the key.  But then, you'd probably want an SPV lightweight client where you don't have to download the entire blockchain.  My understanding is that "Electron Cash" is a popular choice (but I'm not an expert on BCH by any means).  As I mentioned before, make sure it's legitimate software.  Don't get phished by downloading a fake.

Recovery steps:

[optional] Now, disconnect from the internet and close any unnecessary programs.

Transfer your backup file from your android device to your PC.

Run decrypt_bitcoinj_seed on your backup as per the instructions.  That should give you the magic 12 seed words you need.

Put the seed words into the Mnemonic Code Converter, following those instructions from the linked post.

From the results generated, find the private key which corresponds with the BTC address you mistakenly sent your BCH coins to.

Import that private key into your BCH wallet.

[optional] Remove any trace of the private key and seed words from your PC and then reconnect to the internet.

Fingers crossed, you should have access to your coins again.

Do you have the key of your android btc address ? Try to find a private key so you can move your balance in the BTC address.
Always use a wallet that you have a private key or phrase, so you can recover it later if something bad occurred.

These incidents are increasing these days on BTC wallet. There is a guideline to export your private key from Android account. Please google it and study them properly and then apply them. Hope it helps..

it is recommended to download and run the tool (iancoleman.io/bip39) locally on your desktop, don't run it online
if you plan to import just one address, find the address on that iancoleman's page and copy its private key
pick any trusted BCH desktop or android wallet and import that seed or that private key into the wallet

Some wallets might let you use the seed itself to recover your funds, so see if your preferred wallet allows that.

If it doesn't, you should be able to search the results on that 'Mnemonic Code Converter' with Ctrl-F (in most browsers) and typing in the BTC address you sent the BCH to (or copy/pasting it in, even quicker).  The one you need is in there somewhere.

NONE OF THE ADDRESSES MATCH IN MNEMONIC CODE.. not sure what im  doing wrong someone please help me......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or is there any other options?!!?

And the seed words you found are definitely the ones for the BTC address you sent the BCH to?  It sounds as though you need to check the settings you're using on the Mnemonic Code Converter:

If the addresses do not match, then the "Derivation Path" you are using is most likely incorrect. Double check that you have used:

m/0'/0

and

m/0'/1

The ' (apostrophe) characters are important!

The default setting on the page is  m/0 and that won't get you what you need.  If  m/0'/0 doesn't work, then this particular address was likely a change address, so it'll be  m/0'/1 for that.  Also make sure you definitely selected 'BIP32' first.

feel so sorry for you bro dude,  had it been it's coinexchange you will be able to get your  Bch back but since it's not coinexchange I guess you need to contact the developers continuously so as to speed up your request

I guess you need to contact the developers continuously so as to speed up your request

That isn't how it works, I'm afraid, so that may not be the best advice.  Developers don't have any special powers to make this problem go away.  There's a small chance they might have some technical insights that would give other avenues to try, but I think we've been pretty thorough here.  Exchanges are different, because they (one would hope, anyway) would already know how to do all the stuff we've been suggesting so far.

As a loose analogy, if you put a Playstation game into an X-Box, no amount of pestering the devs is going to give you any success there.  All they can do is tell you to take it out of there and put it in the Playstation where it belongs.  They're just not compatible.  An exchange is like sending all the games you own to someone else, so they can easily move things around as required, but you have to hope no one runs off with your games (which happens far too often).

If you have your own wallet, the responsibility sadly falls on your shoulders.  You generally have to figure stuff out for yourself.  I suspect there would be people out there offering recovery services, but they almost certainly charge for it.  And again, like exchanges, you have to trust them not to run off with your property.
