Even haters kind of dissapeared :)

The answer is simple all the people wanted to become rich in 1 month with Bitcoin, and when they get here they get frustrated and disappointed, so they are gone, and spreading out some bad information, so other people didn't come.

The hype ended. The reason is that all the hype always comes from media. No shilling in media = no hype.

The reason there is no hype is because it is the bear market. There is no reason for all of the people to be happy about when almost the majority of them have experience their losses. With a lot of them being noob in the market they just buy at random prices they want not thinking about their entry and exit points. Now that they find out the hard way they have quit voluntarily. Don't be surprised if suddenly a new kind of hype starts in the market when the bull market starts. Everybody becomes a genius when prices starts going up.

bitcoin has no haters! those who are spreading bullshit about it are the biggest lovers of bitcoin. they do it because they want to buy more of it before the price shoots up!

where is they hype? like any hype it has gone away. you can't keep the hype up. with it we reached $20k and it went away right there. but then it was replaced by desperation, panic and lots of manipulation that pushed the price a lot lower than anything logical.

So we experience a lack of geniuses now :)

No crazy gains or whatsoever is happening in bitcoin so people aren't bothered to produce hype or to be extra when it comes to delivering news and relaying information. See bitcoin gain massive traction towards a new ATH, everyone will start losing their minds and a massive hysteria would follow. As of now, only the FUDsters and shorters are alive, spreading exaggerated bear news in this forum and other media. Watch them disappear once a reversal happens; every strangers and freaks have their own place and time especially in a highly-lucrative and highly-speculative market.

Not just people like that, but the Bitcoin competitors who try to bring down Bitcoin so that his successful coins or those who are already famous in Stock exchanges who hate Bitcoin to make bad news and its purpose to destroy Bitcoin.

Well competitors aren't doing so well themselves, and some may be doing even worse, so they can't exactly take advantage of the situation lol. Competitor (mostly Bitcoin Cash lmao) trolling only really comes out in full force when they're doing well while Bitcoin is slumping.

But yeah there hasn't really been any hype since last December. You'd think the Lightning Network launch would have added a boost, but it still has a long way to go. There's really nothing to do but to increase your portfolio and/or ride it out.

With all going on right now, like the bans here and there, regulations and the rest, bitcoin is bound to lose favor from potential new prospects and the hype alongside.

Markets are bearish at the moment as well. Contributes to a lot as new big money(investors) will see the crypto as too volatile and restrain from investing.

But things are bad now, but crypto is still an infant financial market. There is so much room for improvements. JUST SIT, WAIT AND WATCH.

In mg opinion I think it should stay like this (I mean the hype, not tge price ;D). When the hype is very high, people think it's a "get rich overnight" venture and they join with wrong intentions and when they do no achieve that, it becomes a whole new story.

the people that thought they can get rich overnight disappeared. the impatient ones got impatient and the fake investors are gone now.

It was the hype created by big whales and the institutional investors so when they decided to exit from the market, it created a panic selling wave and ultimately a correction of 65% in the market and that's the reason why the price is declining day by day. However, I am optimistic about the coming second half of this year and I believe that we will see a fresh all-time high level in this year itself.

Stay on Alternative Cryptocurrencies board and look for those people who loved to spread FUD about bitcoin demand/hype, etc.

They are not on this board so you probably are missing them.

 I don't know about yours, but in my country bitcoin is everywhere. On the television on the internet advertisement video bloging, all kind of things that bombarding my mind are about bitcoin and blockchain and all of those things.

I agree because they think bitcoin is for short term investment that can make them rich in a week or month after losing their money they all gone because they not trust bitcoin but if bitcoin value soars high again be ready because they will comeback.

I think that whoever understands Bitcoin is the only one who will win
The concept of the quick richness that prevailed in his first years ended
May happen now but in an emergency.
But Bitcoin will have a bright future and will gain from understanding it well

Well, the newness of bitcoin has worn off and people simply got tired of talking about it. As simple as that. The new round of hype, however, is possible should the price of BTC leap once again. Then you'll see more haters, followers, and guys willing to get rich overnight by buying 0.00000001 BTC for a dime ;)

If that question you ask me, I will answer me more than that, happy or sad, high or the drop in bitcoin value. I will always be together. because of the bitcoin pride, past and present remain the same. any condition

Yeah we haven't had a bear market in so long that people forgot what they're like. The morons that think we're glad to zero will be sadly mistaken, yet again. Bitcoins are always being adopted by more people and lower prices always attract new people that see "Oh 6k and at one point it was 20k? I'm okay to throw in some money and see if it triples."

This is so true. The greedy guys are gone after months of not making any profit and crying about their loss. But I know they will be back once the price begins to rise again. And they will loss again too because they are going to be coming in late.

you can not expect the "hype" and also "FUD" to last forever. these are social drama that will always end at some point because to put simply they only affect brainless newbies. at the end of the day when the hype and FUD goes away the real people with functioning brains remain and those have been accumulating bitcoin all along without letting anyone know it.

There are a lot of frauds in the BTC and ICO market. When I was looking for reliable ICO for fresh specialists, I found Socratus. Hype is created by who want to make one day rich also by media because some peoples never see market situation and then they start picking up random coin never think what is their entry and exit point then they get lose and start blaming bitcoin also paid media create hype but whenever price Go up then peoples behave like professional trader and hype gone from market.

Volatility is where traders make money, but because of the hype the market becomes more volatile and this is where it become risky for the traders. FUDS will stay with us for sure, and people will keep on hyping the market so they can make money easily which become more difficult as this market soon be regulated.

yep your right the people who spreading bullshit or fud are those who really love bitcoin they want to buy cheap and sell high that is their strategy.

Disappearing I think the market price of bitcoin is starting to rise so that what they say is useless, bitcoin is a favorite coin in cryptocurrency so there are so many who hate it. it's in my opinion

bitcoin hype is gone because, when the hype in the high there are many people that want to make a money in a fast time, which is its immposible right? after they failed in bitcoin they withdraw their all money and quit from bitcoin world, because they dont want to learn more about bitcoin and cryprocurrenceis

The hype has gone away.It went away when most of the bandwagon investors panicked when the value started to go down. The users that joined the hyped thinking to be rich in just one night has gone now.

Well haters gonna hate. The marjet has gone bullish from bearish. Its no surprise. We havr long been expecting a hype. After the major correction a lot of people picture a hype right there and then. But it didnt happen. Even recovry was slow and near to impossible. A lot of fud and negativity has spread all over the eorld of bitcoin claiming that bitcoin will not recover because of certain regulations by governments of different countries. But atill, it has been boted, no amount of fud or negatuvity will atop bitcoin from rising. We are still in recovery state. Wait till we go beyond recovery.

Agree with that those people are so excited that they dont even study what bitcoin realy is and what is the use of bitcoin all they are thinking is when they join and buy bitcoin they will become reach in a few months and after a few months that they did not success they give up and hate bitcoin already LoL!

It is ok don't be worried about that because it is impossible for something to keep Hype on the high level for a long time,  I think bitcoin is still gaining a popularity but the hype is gone because there is no more peaks.

Bitcoin became 'popular' for all the wrong reasons in the run last year. Too many people wanting to get rich quick. Hopefully the last 6 months has shook most of them out by now. Though they're likely to be the ones who sold the bottom and will fomo back in later. Rinse and repeat  ;D
