Instead of hoping someone here has Exa hash power and cares to get involved with one little transaction, add a CPFP fee to it and it'll go through on its own.

Unless you have direct control over the output of that transaction (ie. Address 3PjXj8638jAnrkBWCFp8tdJjAXXQhzD63a is in a wallet you control and not an exchange or deposit address at some online site) you will not be able to do a CPFP transaction.

And I doubt you can use Replace-By-Fee (RBF) either as there is no change generated in that transaction. :-\

There are currently about 18-19 blocks worth of unconfirmed transactions... Refer:
https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx
https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,24h

You might be waiting a while until the backlog clears... I tried pushing using the old AntPool accelerator, but I'm not sure if that even works anymore... VIA accelerator said "fee too low" :-\

Thanks for your effort, i also tried a few things,

Something seems to have work, or maybe the block has been picked up, i reget that i put 0.10$ transaction fee for a 44$ transaction.

the mempool has cleared and your transaction got picked up ;)
my transaction was stuck unconfirmed for almost 7 hours too and finally included 20 blocks before yours
anyone figured out what is the reason behind the increase of mempool size lately?
I don't see/hear any special news that drives people make a lot transaction recently

Looks like AntPool picked it up (https://blockchain.info/block/0000000000000000001f9ff841d737b1b88742ca39c4c8e363ab305a9d5fd7a9)... whether or not this was because of the "acceleration" or the mempool just emptied out and they just happened to be the ones who mined the block your transaction was in we'll never know. :P

as for the increases in transaction numbers... maybe its sports betting on the World Cup? :D

AntPool's been still picking up a handful of <1 satoshi/byte txs I've pushed through this year, one in June, so yeah I think they still work. That tx would have definitely gone through in a day I'm sure., especially when all of my 1 sat/byte txs have been working out quickly enough (under 12 hours) for months, but I suppose even 2 hours of no blocks would be enough to create that backlog. Blocks have generally been full.

World Cup cashing out from South Koreans who bet against Germany? Who knows? ;)

can you tell me how to push tx thru AntPool? what's the url for its pushtx form
Yesterday, btc.com accepted my "<1s/B" tx but they don't seem to broadcast it to the network
I can query my txid on btc.com but it's not found on any other explorers ???
so I ended up pushing another tx with higher fee (>1s/B) thru blockchain.info

no one expected that, but this is another case of the World Cup Champions' Curse
too bad these two didn't advance to knockout stage :'(

@Thirdspace:
https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx
You'll need an account on the website though.

oh, I got that one... but as I remember that is for accelerating a transaction
I thought when you said 'pushed' you meant pushing rawtx to AntPool node to relay and broadcast the tx
are you sure your transaction actually <1s/B, can you tell me txid
because afaik, many nodes are rejecting (not relaying) tx with less than 1s/B feerate
if you see <1s/B tx fee on blockchain.info, they don't show tx feerate correctly for segwit txs
