This coin is new in the market and anything new will peak the interest in people. They do it out of curiosity or to see if it is worth it or not. The dip has somehow proved a good thing for this coin.

It's the most dominant platform right now due to its smart contracts and it may be experiencing a congestion today but its developer is doing something to solve these type of problem and he's proposing sharding.
